There was a spoiler released that there would be a wedding in season 7. The promo for "Fall From Grace" shows House getting married to a hooker named Dominica to which he invites Cuddy and Wilson.

I think the person "asking the question" is inquiring if that spoiler was referring to suivant week's episode and if so they are gonna be pissed.
