I don't know if any of toi have been watching the last episode of the Simpsons (Season 21 Episode 19) but there was a reference to House. AGAIN.

The Simpsons bought a big windmill to get the electricity from it. But the wind didn't blow continously so Bart climbed up and he propelled it with his hand. It was pretty exhausting so he asked Lisa when can he stop it. Lisa was watching TV: a man with stubble, grey hair, in front of a white board! :D
Lisa's answer was:
"Ugh, Bart, please! I'm trying to hear Dr. House's third incorrect diagnosis before his final correct diagnosis!"

That cracked me up! :D :D :D

House Season 1 Episode 21: Three Stories

Full Recap

House has agreed to substitute for a sick teacher in exchange for a couple of hours off of clinic duty. Since, as Cuddy points out, House would rather hear himself talk than listen to patients, this trade was really a done deal from the moment Cuddy suggested it. House tries to talk it up to four hours off clinic duty, but Cuddy knows him too well.
As House leaves, he meets his ex-girlfriend Stacy, who wants him to examine her new husband who is having unidentified medical problems. House is reluctant to take on the case and admits he isn't sure...

You Can't Always Get What You Want
Anyone who watches House M.D. on a regular basis will have par now picked up on two phrases that seem to be the slogans of the show: “Everybody Lies” and “You Can't Always Get What toi Want.” The first slogan of the show, “Everybody Lies”, seems to be House's philosophy about people. Knowing that Dr. House is the antisocial, misanthrope and very miserable person that he is, this statement which he utters frequently, very nicely sums up the entire view House has for humanity. He finds them un-useful, un-trustworthy and not worthy of spending time with because you'll never get the...

Legacy Games has just posté a free House, M.D. flash game (with NBC approval) for fans. It's online here: link.

Here's the official description: help the surly Dr. House break through his mental block. How do toi do this? Well, par using the paddle to careful break up light bulbs and hit on good ideas. It's tough! Sort of like playing pong...in House's brain...which does make me curious about the rest of the game.

Before toi assume anything, I recommend toi read the article first.

Lately, there has been a shift of opinion about Cuddy's character especially after the introduction of the Lucas arc. People have been claiming the writers are écriture her too OOC, that they are displaying her for everyone to hate causing no sympathy for her character. They are calling her all kind of names, bitch, whore, tart, slapper and a blind idiot. The truth is (as I hope it is), the fandom are loathing Cuddy not because she chose Lucas over House and that she's treating him simply as another employee in a cruel mannner,...

What are the real effects that vicodin has on House? Are these effects only physical ou do they go beyond that? Could they have somewhat changed his personality, even just a little bit?

I watched the episode "Need to Know" (the one after House kissed Stacy, when at the end of the episode he ends up driving her away) for the first time like 4 months il y a (got hooked with House just this year) and I didn't give this whole House/Stacy situation a lot of thought, it was fun but I wasn't that interested in the ship.

But the plot with Stacy kind of surprised me, because while I was watching the first...

Time for some analysis y'all!

I'm gonna just jump right in here with my thoughts. I have many.

Amber, The Psyche

Hallucination Amber is a little creepier than the live version of Amber that we knew in season 4. But she is merely a representation of House's subconscious, that has been manifested due to his feelings of guilt. To me, it is obvious why this has happened:

1) House is the master of guilt suppression. He regularly does things that the average person would feel incredibly guilty about. But House shoves that away deep inside his brain. That isn't to say that he doesn't feel guilty; it just...

The reason why House is not hated isn’t because House is ‘House’ but because he takes an interest in the people around him.

We can argue that House is egotistical and only thinks about himself. What some of us don’t understand is that House’s need to know everything and understand everything also helps him when building relationships and sustaining them.

House is obsessed with ‘The puzzle’, which is a generic term for everything within his life and outside his life; his friends, relationships, work. This obsession allows him to feed the need of the people who surround him, whether...

I was just watching some clips from season 2 and mostly 3 and I really enjoyed them.
And I already new that but now I know it more!
I miss the old team!
I miss Cameron's Poor Dead Husbands issues!
I miss Chase's daddy and fat issues!And his hair!(yum!)
I miss foremans eye-rolling when Cameron was being ethical!
I missed all that!
I want the old team back!
The new team hasn't really grew on me now...
I mean 13 has grew on me but foreteen really is ruining her for me and I really don't care about Taub.
And ok Kutner is super hot and funny but he is just not enought.
When are they going to bring the old team back?
I really want to cause if they don't I have this weird fear that 13 is gonna end up s’embrasser house as every female on the show!
I think that the new team experience was ok and fun to watch but now its time to go back to the basics and brink the old cottages back!

Do toi agree?Say in the comments!
“When I was getting a baby, toi told me I would suck as a mother, now that I’ve Lost it; toi tell me I would be great as a mother.”

Powerful words spoken from an emotionally devastated Cuddy from the latest episode of House MD called “Joy”. A lot of talk has been going on about “Joy” because frankly House and Cuddy are an interesting topic, especially for nuts like me who like to over analyze everything and though the episode was about Cuddy’s potential adoption, it had strong under currents of Huddy. From reading, god knows how many reviews of “Joy” and seeing heaven knows...

House, M.D. is a montrer that uses stereotypes in a way that they ever so subtly enhance the personalities of each character. The stereotypes are not to be judged as fair ou unfair in this particular télévision series and perhaps that is why the viewers continue to watch the montrer without getting irritated ou offended par certain stereotypes. Although it is a challenging task to decide whether the stereotype is positive ou negative, all the stereotypes are essential to the montrer because they make the montrer plus unique.
Most distinctively portrayed stereotypes are expressed par Dr. Gregory House. In...

A/N: Not for the squeamish!! This chapter details House's injuries, in a clinical sort of way, but it's still quite shocking and disturbing...consider yourselves warned! :P

Chapter 5

Wilson hurried into the room, closing the door carefully behind him before moving swiftly around the gurney to face his friend. Though House was moaning and writhing on the narrow bed, as if desperately struggling to escape some unseen foe, his eyes were closed, and he might have appeared to be asleep and battling a nightmare, had Wilson not known better.

This was a textbook PTSD flashback.

"No...please!" House fairly...

This may seem kind of irrelevant to people that are later in/have finished the series, but I'm currently on episode 10 of season 3, and thought I'd share my insight on the relationship between Dr House and defective Detective Michael Tritter.

I'm finding these two characters' interaction to be the most interesting in the series yet - not because of clashing personalities, but because of their astounding similarities. Comparing them in terms of motive and how they execute achieving it, they are basically identical.

If toi go back an episode ou two before Tritter is introduced, House is harassing...
