You Can't Always Get What You Want
Anyone who watches House M.D. on a regular basis will have par now picked up on two phrases that seem to be the slogans of the show: “Everybody Lies” and “You Can't Always Get What toi Want.” The first slogan of the show, “Everybody Lies”, seems to be House's philosophy about people. Knowing that Dr. House is the antisocial, misanthrope and very miserable person that he is, this statement which he utters frequently, very nicely sums up the entire view House has for humanity. He finds them un-useful, un-trustworthy and not worthy of spending time with because you'll never get the...

As House leaves, he meets his ex-girlfriend Stacy, who wants him to examine her new husband who is having unidentified medical problems. House is reluctant to take on the case and admits he isn't sure...

House: His name is not Wilson and he's screwed up worse than I am!

Well, his name is Wilson and he's most certainly not as screwed up as House, but then...

How screwed up is Wilson?

I don't think we get to really see this side of Wilson until the episode with that quote I just used, "House vs God". Almost two complete seasons into the montrer and only then we get to see Wilson's screwed-up-ness exactly as it is.
Why did the writers take so long to introduce such an important feature of such an important character? Did it occur to them only just then that Wilson should be this way? I don't think so....

This is a very long section. As always please comment, let me know if toi would like me to continue to part 2.
The suivant ten minutes felt like a blur, a surreal blur in which everything seemed to go so fast yet so slow. House broke every traffic law in the book on the way there and parked in an ambulance bay. If Cuddy made it through this she would have his head for that. As soon as the car came to a stop Sarah flew out of the car so fast she tripped over her own feet. Luckily she regained her footing and did not drop Cuddy whom she was carrying.
“I’ll take her, go take care of yourself,”...

“Merry Christmas Cuddy,” words uttered with such an underlying weight to them that what should have been, and was, a breathtaking and joyful (excuse the pun) scene was turned into a deep look into the psyche of House and the underlying melancholy tones of his unhappiness.

What makes this scene all the plus gorgeous than it already was, was that it lacked so little dialogue, most of the important material lay not in the speech itself but the facial changes that the actors portrayed and as always, nobody is plus of a master of this than Hugh Laurie. In the span of 30 secondes we see House...

Disclaimer: House MD belongs to both renard and David Shore.

Author’s Notes: Yes, this is a post Wilson’s cœur, coeur fic: What if the one person House has allowed himself to trust (besides Wilson) dies? What if it’s par the hands of his own father? Will Wilson be able to bring up some understanding? How will this affect the decay of their friendship?

Angst, Drama, eventually House/Wilson friendship.

This is the story of similarities and differences, of two separate ways to l’amour someone and miss someone… it’s called Our Loss because both House and Wilson have Lost someone close to their heart...

Once again an amazing episode.

The first time I watched this episode, I didn’t think too much of it. But now after re-watching it several times, I realize how amazing this episode is, it is defiantly one of my haut, retour au début episodes of season 1.

Through out this whole episode Hugh's jouer la comédie was fabulous, absolutely flawless.
The pain and emotions he portrayed through out this episode took the viewer on an emotional rollercoaster, I found myself on the verge of tears plus then once.

The scene where House smashed his hand was beyond amazing, toi could really see and feel the pain he was going through at that...

So I've finally finished the chapter!

A Son's Promise

No.
House couldn't know why his mother was killed... she was one of the nicest people Wilson had ever met! surely she didn't provoke John?
"House... What the hell is that supposed to mean? What? She had a secret life ou something?" Wilson a dit this in anger, not realizing how close to the truth he actually was...

House didn't answer.
He knew he owed Wilson a lot of things and he really wanted to try to make things right... just he couldn't tell Wilson, he didn't owe him this answer.

suivant chapter up! thanks for the comments!

Placing Blame.

“House…!” Cuddy stormed over to where Wilson was holding the now lifeless man in his arms: “What did toi do, Wilson!” Her fingers affectionately caressed House’s cheek as she tried to pierce Wilson with her stare… which was reasonably intimidating, but Wilson had had some practice in the many years he had spent alongside House:

“Cuddy, I did not do anything… I’m afraid he’s going to have to tell toi what happened here because I can’t… but I didn’t do anything; I swear I only apologized.” She believed him: words...

We are gathered here today to whine about the death of a beloved tv series: House MD. Many fans have agreed that it was time for Dr Gregory House to retire kicking cul, ass and saving lives. Many other fans knelt to the ground, raised their fists to the sky and screamed "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" through hysterical tears. Others still were somewhere inbetween not caring and emotional numbness. Personally, I'm pretty sure I rapid-cycled through four of the Five Stages of Grief in about span of about one minute...

It was fitting that I should find out this horrible news via Fanpop. liens popped up...

It has been so long that I figured most of toi will have forgotten about me completely... well, I'm not dead, as it happens. And I recently, after months, wrote this... It's intense and involves my usual ingredients: angst, friendship, drama and hopefully insight. I thought I'd post it here to notify all of toi that I'm still here, and not just those on the fanfic spot. It's really quite long, but it has a certain flow to it (I've heard... toi know me, I won't believe its good until someone says so) that makes it very easy to read. This follows House fresh out of Mayfield... the rest will...

I was just watching some clips from season 2 and mostly 3 and I really enjoyed them.
And I already new that but now I know it more!
I miss the old team!
I miss Cameron's Poor Dead Husbands issues!
I miss Chase's daddy and fat issues!And his hair!(yum!)
I miss foremans eye-rolling when Cameron was being ethical!
I missed all that!
I want the old team back!
The new team hasn't really grew on me now...
I mean 13 has grew on me but foreteen really is ruining her for me and I really don't care about Taub.
And ok Kutner is super hot and funny but he is just not enought.
When are they going to bring the old team back?
I really want to cause if they don't I have this weird fear that 13 is gonna end up s’embrasser house as every female on the show!
I think that the new team experience was ok and fun to watch but now its time to go back to the basics and brink the old cottages back!

Do toi agree?Say in the comments!

House, M.D. is a montrer that uses stereotypes in a way that they ever so subtly enhance the personalities of each character. The stereotypes are not to be judged as fair ou unfair in this particular télévision series and perhaps that is why the viewers continue to watch the montrer without getting irritated ou offended par certain stereotypes. Although it is a challenging task to decide whether the stereotype is positive ou negative, all the stereotypes are essential to the montrer because they make the montrer plus unique.
Most distinctively portrayed stereotypes are expressed par Dr. Gregory House. In...

It's really to bad that season four was cut short par the writers strike, if it hadn't been I think we would have been able to gain a much greater insight into House and Wilson's characters and their relationship with each other. However, we can't dwell on what we missed out on - instead we have to make the most of the time we had to learn.

AMBER: Amber was a very intelligent woman who would do anything to achieve whatever she set her mind on. House wasn't far off in calling her a manipulative chienne - but it's how she got the job done. She knew people didn't like her and compensated par feeling...

Ever wondered exactly what is going on in House’s head? What’s actually making him be a jerk?
Some say that he is simply a jerk but I beg to differ. Someone is not born being a jerk, they are either made that way due to life experiences ou a mental disorder. In the fourth episode of the 3rd season “Lines in the Sand” House treats an autistic patient. Wilson begins to wonder why House wants to treat this autistic boy and comes to the conclusion that House may suffer from Asperger Syndrome a type of autism that causes difficulties in social interaction, restricted and repetitive patterns...
