How do all of toi TDI fanpoppers make such good TDI art/fancharacters?

I wanna know how everyone makes the greatest looking TDI stuff ive seen. Like fan characters and such. If u know, can u...
1. Tell me the link ou Progam(idc if i have 2 download it
2.(not required) montrer a pic of a charter, wallpaper, ou something u did ou someone else did on the progarm

This would be really usefull to and my Friends so PLZ ANWSER!!!

Then, I just try to draw the character. I use plus than one layer (one for sketch lines that gets deleted later on, lineart layer, and color layer). I guess here's a screenshot (I don't know who the girl is; I just drew something random).

I just use GIMP ou Sai to draw. Though, technically, I don't really make Total Drama fancharacters :P (I have my own characters in no fandom).
