No, there isn't according to wikipedias site. Thr auteur has also a dit that he was not planning to make it a animé either, Yotsubato isn't that type of manga that would look good on anime, it would lind of ruin the atmosphere. :<
Thats at least what the auteur think, but i think it would be cute as a anime.
