Anyone who watches House M.D. on a regular basis will have par now picked up on two phrases that seem to be the slogans of the show: “Everybody Lies” and “You Can't Always Get What toi Want.” The first slogan of the show, “Everybody Lies”, seems to be House's philosophy about people. Knowing that Dr. House is the antisocial, misanthrope and very miserable person that he is, this statement which he utters frequently, very nicely sums up the entire view House has for humanity. He finds them un-useful, un-trustworthy and not worthy of spending time with because you'll never get the...
I'm gonna just jump right in here with my thoughts. I have many.
Amber, The Psyche
Hallucination Amber is a little creepier than the live version of Amber that we knew in season 4. But she is merely a representation of House's subconscious, that has been manifested due to his feelings of guilt. To me, it is obvious why this has happened:

After the kiss, from the night before. House wakes up in his lit at around 09:20am and gets ready to arrive late for work, as usual. On his way to the cuisine he sees Cuddy on the sofa sleeping softly with her drink spilt on the coffee table. Her shoes were on the floor suivant to her. House thought about putting a blanket over her but didn’t. Instead House sat watching her for a bit, before finally waking her up with a loud incoherent noise.
House: Wake-up sleepy head.
Cuddy: Eughh. What time is it?
House: (checks his watch) Uh-oh, seems toi are going to be late.
