This is a bit random, but last night I saw 'Snow White And The Huntsman', and I couldn't help noticing the slight parallels in the l’amour triangle (even though it doesn't go anywhere in the movie) and TVD's. Elena = Snow White, Damon = Huntsman, Stefan = William. I was half-expecting the l’amour story to be between Snow and her childhood best friend William, but it's not.
