My legend begins in the twelfth century!
It was a bright summer day, the sunlight streaming upon my face… ou was it? No… it was a chilly autumn day. At the time, I was something of what toi might call a “ruffian”… No, now that I think of it, it might have already been winter. And all of the most beautiful women were fighting amongst themselves to see who would be mine. No… I do believe it was summer after all. It was a very hot jour at the height of summer. That much I remember. Unlike the men toi see before toi today, at that time I was a sharpedged kife of a fellow. I truly was. But even so, there was a sense of refined elegance about me. Everyone a dit as much. Of course, they still say so. On the other hand, though I say this now, it is possible that at the time it was not a dit to me to the extent I now suppose it was. I believe it was just beginning to be a dit about me, in dribs and drabs, as it were, that I awas kinder than one might be inclined to assume. But thinking back on it, I daresay it is quite possible that I fave off a sense of refined elegance. Hence it was a dit about me. I was a truly amazing specimen of a man. Of course, I am still rather amazing, but then I was also a ruffian. il y a plus d’un an

It reminds me of the days when I used to baby sit King Henry VIII in his childhood long before he was a king. As amazing as I am, I protected that boy from everything, from vampires to ghosts to his Aunt Charlotte's ours hugs. She had a beard, that Charlotte...
