Okay so I am really bored, so I thought I would develop this wierd dream I have been having.
One mind can change the world, one life can save another. One girl will save us all. This is the prophecy we were donné long ago, and this is the story of the Girl it belongs to.
She sat on a large mur that was high enough to overlook the park on the other side of it, her legs swung freely and her hands sat crossed on her lap. It was the middle of summer and all the other teenagers and children were in the large park, enjoying the hot sun.But the girl stayed were she was, smiling at the fun that evryone else was having, she was happy where she was. One of the girls standing not to far away from the walll turnedd to look at the girl, she smiled and began to come closer.
"Alli? What are toi doing?" the girl asked looking over her large sunglasses at Alli. Alli smiled and shrugged.
"Enjoying the sun while I can I guess, Lill." She a dit not bothering to look to see who she was talking to, she just stared at the blue sky, taking deep breaths of the fresh air.
'But i thought that toi were leaving for that school today?" She asked walking away laughing shaking her head. Alexis finally jumped off of the mur landing not on the parks green grass, but the hard pavement on the other side, and began to follow the path.
'You know me lily, wont go without a fight!" She called over the wall.
"Alexis Brown, do me proud!" Lily yelled from far away. The clouds began to déplacer infront of the sun scattering a gray tone over the rue she was walking down. Nodding to herself she decided it was time to go back.
She turned the corner leading to her house, dragging her feet, making sure to take as much time as possible. Adventually though, she was faced with her two storey house. Sighing she wiped her feet on the door mat and walked through her door.At first there was nothing but silence, and the smell of smoke coming from the front room. Taking off her shoes and throwing her veste on the bottom of stairs suivant to her packed suitcase, she made her way into the room. Her mum was sitting on an fauteuil in the corner lire under a tall lamp, and her Dad sat on the sofa smoking and staring at the T.V. Alexis closed her eyes and took a deep breath of the smokey air.
"Well I guess I'm going?" She a dit tyring to smile, all she got in return was a grunt from her Dad. Her Mum looked up from her book, and took a quick glance at the clock.
'The taxi should be here soon, toi should go and wait for it,' She muttered turning back to her book. Alexis's fake smile fell as she turned away and headed for the front door. This was the first time they had sent her away, Alexis had heard themm discussing it before; but they had never actually done it. Alexis's parents werent allways like this, there was a time when they loved her, ou at least pretended to. But then when she was 15 something happened, a feu started, and ever since that jour nothing has been the same, nithing.Alexis has no memory of the fire, she was unconcious for most of it due to smoke inhalation but her parents a dit that she was the one that started the fire, but there was no proof, so the feu department put it down to fualty wiring. She was now 16 and they don't acknoledge her. Alexis heaved the huge suitcase through the frot door, turning back for a quick 'bye', when there was no answer she pulled her veste on and left.
The taxi arrived and Alexis started her long journey, most of which she was asleep. The shcool was somewhere in the counrtyside down in England, and since she departured from Scotland it was one long road trip. She was awoke par the greasy taxi driver tapping on the thick glass.
"Huh? Sorry, are we here?" she asked waking up. the taki driver just nodded and truned to look at the school. Alexis didn't bother, she didn't want to see, not yet. She went round to the back of the car and dragged her suitcase from the boot. When she had paid the driver and he had left she took a deep breath turned aroud to see her new home.
The school was an old statley accueil and was beautifull, like something toi get in a fairytale. At the front doors there was a woman in a long dress and long black hair standing with a smaller woman in a maids outfit? When Alexis got closer she realised that the smaller of the two was a pupil and was wearing a black pinifor and chemisier underneath.
"You are Alexis Brown?" The olderwoman asked holding out hr hand, Alexis nodded and took her hand.
"Yes, Miss." She a dit shaking her hand firmly.
"I am your new headmaster, and this is Elyon," she a dit indcating the other girl, "she will montrer toi where to go she also has your uniform and timetable." Alexis notticed for the first time what Elyon was holding, a pinifor, chemisier and sheet of paper, Alexis turned to ask where her room was but the headmistress was gone.
"You will be sharing a room with me, I hope thats alright?' Elyon asked in a small voice. Alexis smiled and nodded." Here these are for you, and I think we are in all the same classes...well for now at least," Alexis flickered over the last part of her sentence but soon forgot all about it.
"Thank you," She a dit as she took her things and followed her up to her room.
The room was plain and had two beds at opposite sides of the room, Elyon went and sat at the room oppposite the window.
"That ones yours, toi dont mind sleeping under the windw right?" She asked looking out at the stormy sky. Alexis shook her head and sat her suitcase beside the lit and everything else on the bed, including her self. She took a deep breath of the musky air and closed her eyes.
"You had better put them on, there are shoes and socks under the bed, those too." She a dit pointing to the pinifor, "Lessons start in half an hour," She rose to her feet and headed to the door, but before leavung she turned back one last time."Alexis?" she began waiting for Alexis to look at her, "Has anyting strange ever happened to you, something that couldnt be explained?" she asked twited the door knob. Alexis brain clicked and the memories of the feu popped up into her view, forcing them away with a rust shake of the head, Alexis simply a dit 'no'.
Well if toi don't like stoiries about magic and stuff don't read any further, because I think that this is where it will be going. But of course try it if toi wish x
