Chapter Fifteen
Later that jour and after dîner and playing games with Mama and Sean, Mac knew that after Sean leaves their accueil to go back to his own house and once Jamie cleans them up, put them in their pajamas, and read them a story ou two, then she can ask her mother about that odd thing she saw that jour between her mom and the man who hangs out with them any chance he got.
It was coming closer and closer. After Sean had left, four of the Thomas family is heading into their ‘getting ready for bed’ routine which means taking a bath, taking sure that the kids had brushed their teeth, used the toilet and kissed their mother on the cheek afterward. The moment she put Jake in his pajamas, put him in his crib, sung him a soft and sweet song, and watched him falling asleep, Jamie smiled at him and headed over to her daughters’ room to see if those girls were in their sleeping clothes and read them a bedtime story before actually letting sleep.
Once she got to their bedroom, Jamie put her hand on the door handle, opened the door, got herself in, and saw Mac and Izzie being all giggly and jumpy. After seeing them acted that day, with a smile on her face, Jamie a dit to the girls, “Come on, girls. Bedtime story!”
“YAY!” yelled out par the little girls and ran over to Mac’s lit while Jamie went to the bookcase, picked out a few livres to read and the girls to pick, and after finding and getting their favori ones and a new picture book that Jamie brought from Barnes & Nobles a few days il y a from the shelves, Jamie ran over to the lit and once she got on the middle of the full-sized bed, Mac and Izzie cuddled up to their mother and let her read some stories to them.
After twenty minutes of lire Mac and Izzie’s favori story twice, Izzie Thomas had fallen asleep. Seeing her sleeping, Jamie was about to get out of the lit and get Izzie on the lit suivant to the one she read the story on so she can put the blanket over her small body, Kiss her on the forehead and say ‘good – night, Izzie. Sweet dreams.” when Mac asked her a question.
“Mama, I had a question for you.” With Izzie sleeping suivant to her, Jamie turned to her oldest daughter and with a slight smile on her face, Jamie a dit to her, “Yeah, Mac. What’s it?”
“Are toi in l’amour with now, Daddy ou Sean?” Quickly, Jamie answered the question par saying, “Your Daddy of course. Are toi asking me this question, Mac?” In return, Mac just stared at her and answered her mother’s question par saying, “I don’t know, Mama. Maybe that I saw toi s’embrasser Sean at my football game today and it isn’t one of those kisses. It was one of those kisses toi only gave Daddy and tell me, Mama. Are toi not in l’amour with Daddy anymore and now in l’amour with Sean?”
Jamie was very surprised when she heard that from Mac. She doesn’t know how Mac founded out about her relationship with Sean. Beside the people in the relationship, no one else doesn’t knows about it well expect Jake but Jake’s only a baby and had an I.Q. of a escargot for now and at this moment, Jamie had to figure out what to tell her about this. The daughter who asked her their frustrating question now. Why now?
After seeing the face her oldest child is giving her, Jamie sighed to herself and put her arms around Mac’s small body while saying to her, “I don’t know, Mac. For knowing Sean for a week now, he made me pretty happy just like your father but Sean put plus effort into it than your father recently and the plus I know him, the plus I l’amour him but at some moments right now, I did some things to him without any thinking about it that I only gave your father but I am ashamed of them right now. Mac, tell me about it right now. I need your help about it.”
The moment she heard that, Mac Thomas took a minute ou two to think about this and once she got some, Mac looked up to her mother with her brown eyes and a dit to her in a kind and understanding tone in her voice, “Mama, did Sean want to spend any plus time with you?”
“Yes, Mac. Sean just asked me if I want to have dîner with him on Tuesday night and I told him yes. Why are toi asking me this?” Right away, Mac stared straight into her mother’s blue eyes and a dit to her, “I don’t know and plus, I want to know when Daddy is coming from California.”
Forgotten about that, Jamie kissed the forehead of the girl in her arms and a dit to her, “Wednesday night, Mac. Wednesday night is the night when Daddy is coming home. He told me that yesterday afternoon and I might have forgotten about it until now. Sorry about that, Sweetie.”
Telling Jamie that was fine with her, Mac put her loving mother’s arms around her a little tighter and putting her into that position, Mac a dit to her with a sweet voice, “That’s okay, Mama.” but then in a odd tone in her voice at this moment, she a dit to Jamie some more, “But now, toi got to tell Mr. Sean that toi can’t have the dîner with him on Tuesday.”
Putting Mac in front of her, Jamie stared at Mac’s eyes and a dit to her, “What? Why?” Without a beat, Mac looked at her mother’s blue eyes again and explained to her par saying to her, “Because Daddy’s coming back the jour after toi will have dîner with Sean and if he found out about it, it will break Daddy’s heart….” And then, there are some tears in Mac’s brown eyes when she a dit to Jamie, “And he might be that person before he is now. The Daddy we didn’t like!”
Suddenly, tears were falling down from Mac’s big brown eyes and wanting to make her feel better, Jamie hold her daughter tightly and while twirling Mac’s wavy hair a little, Jamie calmed her oldest baby down par saying to her, “Baby, please don’t cry. I will make sure that Daddy doesn’t become a monster anymore because I will tell Sean that I cannot have the dîner with him on Tuesday and tell him that he had to stay away from me. Is that okay with you, Baby?”
After hearing that, Mac looked up to her mother again and once she wiped down her tears, she a dit to Jamie, “I’m okay with that, Mama but toi can be Friends with Sean as long as toi like and still l’amour Daddy as long as toi live but I had something to ask you.”
s’embrasser the haut, retour au début of Mac’s head, Jamie a dit to her, “Sure, Baby. What’s it?” Joking about it, Mac kissed Jamie’s cheek and asked her, “Mama, since toi don’t want to Kiss Sean no plus and still in l’amour with Daddy, can I have Sean instead? PLEASE!!” and giving her the chiot eyes that came from Michael.
Seeing those eyes and founding out that her oldest daughter might be having a crush on Sean Connors, Jamie laughed at that, hugged and kissed her daughter again, and after doing that, she let go of Mac a little and a dit to her, “Sure, Mac. I’ll let toi have him.”
Mac Thomas gave her a big smile on her face when she looked at her mother’s face and a dit to her with happiness, “Yay! Thanks, Mama!” and gave her another hug before lying down on her lit and then, fallen asleep a few minutes later.
After seeing her and Izzie being asleep and having some sweet dreams, Jamie Thomas got up from Mac’s bed, walked to the door, opened the door, and staring at her little sweethearts, Jamie smiled at them and wondering why she got one of the sweetest girls she ever had. The girl who Jamie might break her promise of not breaking Michael’s heart.

The inky sky pours in gradually,
Silver stars mingle casually,
feu has left a stain on this land,
Trace the blackened ground with one hand,
Been a while, but I remember,
par waning light, a glowing ember
Fades out in silence, into dust,
Until the breeze will leave it crushed.
My frame, a statue, barely breathing,
As the wisps of smoke are leaving,
Now, my muscles start to thaw,
And heat from ashes leaves them raw,
I catch myself before my landing,
For as long as I've been standing,
I've stared out at a ruined nation,
Now I walk with trepidation.

The Man With No Eyes Collection (4): Lately
I thought I Lost toi before toi even left me.
That’s the message that your cloudy gaze sent me,
And now it’s become a glistening bubble of a memory.
Is it possible toi regret me?
Is it possible that I’m empty?
Why else would I awake to find no one here except me?
Won’t anyone accept me?
My true face, not the stunning mask of the beautiful, bereft me?
Haunted riches; is it worth being wealthy?
The creeping outside my doors; they’re gonna get me.
And once they finish chopping me up, they’re gonna set me,
Ablaze, and then they’ll just forget me.
A plus grim tone and disorganized format were intentional for this one. Funny enough, the titre was the hardest part here. Trying to sum up this poem in just a word was difficult, but I think I found a good fit.

What i want to do is to create something that speaks to kids ou teens just like the Disney films and comicbooks did to me as a kid and thats why i´m trying to write a book and i´m going to try and get that published.
I really admire people who succed with écriture a book, drawing comics ou anything like that and i really hope that i can be one of them some day.
Normally, this style just isn't me, but I feel like I needed to release all of my wrath, turning it into sadness, eventually.
So, I'm not an emo poem writer, but I just wanted to publier this piece I literally just wrote.
I am broken
There's no one left to fix me.
All hope is lost
There's so much I will never be.
I am broken
My world has been shattered.
All hope is lost
I am nothing, destroyed and battered.
I am broken
The world around me falls apart.
All hope is lost
There is no chance for a new start.
I am broken
I have been left here on my own.
All hope is lost
There's no one else; I am here alone.
I am broken
The pain is too much for me to bare.
All hope is lost
In the end, the others just don't care.
I was broken
No tears remain in my fearful eyes.
All hope is gone
My world ended with nothing but lies.

I watched two little girls playing, watching one in particular. She reminded me painfully of Serena. The little girl pulled her friend to her feet and ran towards a woman that I recognized.
It was her. At first I was sure I was halluncinating.
Her dark hair was a little longer than I had seen it last. She was wearing a black pencil jupe and a deep blue blouse. She looked happy as the girl ran up to her.
She hugged the little girl. Their hair was the same colour.
I watched numbly as Serena looked at the child with unfathomable l’amour as she told her something.
Serena looked up at me, pain and shock evident on her face.

toi couldn't and wouldn't,
ask for anything more.
Now all toi want,
is to be able to rest.
For your famliy to be happy.
toi wish toi could help them,
through the pain,
but toi can't,
toi can only watch,
from the sky.
toi can only watch them cry.
Hearts are now broken.
But your love,
is forever out spoken.
For twith out you,
there'd be no hope,
for those to come.
toi put the doctors one step closer,
to finding the cure.
toi may be just another person to them,
but to me your so much more.
Your one in a million,
your unequie.
I have just one plus thing to say.
Plaese rest now.
Rest now and sleep.
