Fight Your Destiny
Aria Glass stood in the small cuisine watching everyone was they pondered the news they were just told. She wanted to sit down, but every time she did, an annoying discomfort washed over her forcing her to stand. Everyone was on edge, wanting to hear what Kal had to say. This was the first time he had ever come to see them and was alone, so this had to be important.
“The others are planning something.” Kal a dit his voice serious, and he was looking Aria, Jared and Toby in the eyes. “Something they don’t want me to know,”
“And why the hell not?” Jared said, his usual annoyed expression on his face, it seemed like it was permit when Healers came. Both Aria and Jared’s bother Toby wished he would easy up a little, especially on Kal; he had been the nicest to them since all this Healer crap happened.
“Because, they think I will try to stop them.” Then Kal moved his focus to Aria, “And they are right. I am your protector, and if there is anything that could parentally harm you; I will stop it.” Aria gave a weak smile to him. At least they had someone on their side.
“Well that’s good to know” Jared muttered relaxing back into his chair.
“What do we do? They won’t listen to Aria ou you, so what now?” Toby asked taking a long sip of his bière as he sat atop the cuisine counter.
“We do the same to them” Aria a dit before Kal could speak, “We don’t listen to them, ignore their request, ou demands. If they are going to keep things from us, and plan things behind Kal’s back, then screw them. I will not be pushed around par a group of holy assholes.” Everyone agreed to this, even Kal. Just par the look on his face, the three of them could tell Kal was getting sick of his fellow Healers as much as they were.
“They are not going to like this,” Kal said, but there was a hint of a smile tugging at his lips, which he tried desperately to hide. “But” he continued after a moment, “They cannot harm you, ou Jared and Toby”
“Kal, just because they cannot, does not mean that won’t “ Toby a dit with a frown. But he was right, almost all the Healers they have met have been a royal pain in the ass, all had a temper. But Kal was nothing like them, he was so much different, he looked, acted and treated them differently, and the trio was not the only ones to notice either. That is not a good thing, Aria could tell the Healers hated it when things did not go there way, well here comes there biggest wakeup call. Things were about to change, and not for the best.
“So toi think your lame cul, ass Healers will do anything to you?” Jared asked, and for the first time being the first to make eye contact with Kal without being forced.
“I’m not sure, they all do have tempers, and we will have to see. But don’t worry about me; I can fight my own battles. toi three are far plus important anyway.”
Aria did not par that crap; he was not going to be a martyr, not for them. But she let it go deciding it is best to bring it up if necessary. It just seemed like everyone was ready to jump into battle for her, but if she was the key to everything, then why can’t she fight her own battled? No matter what anyone says, they are not going to die fighting a battle that was meant for her while she sits in the sidelines.
To be honest Aria hated being the center of attention, and here she was in the middle of everything. For Christ sake, she just found out she was one of them, a Healer. Well she was only 50% Healer, but they still considered her one of them. Although they told her crap, she was still part of the bigger picture, and they needed her, she was the key to everything. She had powers, ou abilities that the others did not, her human half and Healer half mixed made one mean son of a bitch. But she did not care about power, she cared about her family, (Toby and Jared) and about trying to keep the world save from Demons. After all that is her job, ou was, now she had a lot plus on her plate and such little room. There was barely enough l’espace to breath.
“Well that’s one plus thing we have to worry about,” Again Jared muttered, but everyone ignored him.
“Kal, we need to know plus information, like how to kill these things.”
“I’m sorry Toby; I am not allowed to discuss that information. I might be – indifferent about what the others may be doing, but I still have rules to cover, and I cannot break all of them for you.”
“So now toi are going to keep secrets from us?” Jared barked, standing up and walking with tense shoulder to the fridge for another beer. “Well” Jared continued waving his bière in the air, “’that’s just great!”
“Jared, toi have to understand, I have rules, restrictions! If I tell you, the moment I return to headquarters, they will demand my head on a stick. So sorry if I am a bit concerned with keeping myself alive so none of toi die!” There was rage, in Kal’s eyes, something they had never seen before. He clenched his hand into a fist and then released, a new form of determination in his eyes,
Jared made a face but kept his mouth shut for once, he always believed the Healers were in it for themselves, because most of them were, but not all. Kal was one of them, but Jared refused to believe that he was unlike the others. Both Toby and Aria believed it, they had hope, but that was something Jared was lacking. Something he Lost a long time ago, but it was strange, when Toby was on the edge of crazy, Jared did everything he could to help his brother, and that was montrer him there was still hope left, and it worked.
But yet, Jared still remained stone cold.

This is a story; my story. I am Damien Cole Demidov. My grandparents are full-blooded Russian. I am twenty-one years old, and I’ve been locked up in an asylum for four years.
I have black hair about four inches from my shoulders. I am vampire pale. I have crystal blue eyes. I’m 5’9’’.
I have met many a person in my time. Maybe you’ll meet some of the throughout the story.
Anywho, I live in the U.S. now, shipped over with my mom when I was twelve. I live in New York City at the moment. My mom is back in Russia with my father, and grandparents.
Now, let’s see what’s in store for us.
