Chapter Fifteen
I heard the door open to my sister’s room. I sat up immediately, and Miele did the same after pausing the movie we were watching. She was smiling and I had never seen her so happy. I asked her so how did your rendez-vous amoureux, date go? She grabbed a ponytail holder to tie up her hair as she a dit it was amazing and he proposed. In the morning the three of us got up together. We decided we would spend the whole jour shopping and just doing stuff sisters do. We went to a dress boutique and as soon as we walked in we each found a dress we fell in l’amour with immediately. Miele’s was a short bubble white dress with a purple sash that tied in the back. My dress was a thé party length retro style white dress with a sweetheart neckline and a purple orchid on the waistband. While Flora’s dress was a sweetheart neckline, form fitted, floor length, and black with a small rose belt. After buying our dresses, we hit all the little boutiques, the salon and the nourriture court before heading back accueil with our many shopping bags. Back at the palace we head back up to my sister’s room. I looked at my sister and something was wrong, so I sat on the lit and asked sis, what’s wrong toi don’t seem yourself? After that the night came to an abrupt end, I stayed in my sister’s room again because the only way someone is going to get to her is over my dead body.

I woke up to the sound of laughter. I scanned the room before noticing my sister and soon to be brother-in-law watching TV together. I really hope someday I can find someone who loves me as much as Helia loves my sister. I sigh as I pull on a white sundress, robe de soirée, robe d’été with a rose rose on the waist with white sandals before heading down to the ballroom. For the first two hours we tasted probably about fifty different meals, then we got to look at like a thousand different draperies, table, tableau cloths, napkins and center pieces, and once that was over we got to listen to every available band and DJ. Once the clock stroke seven o clock, we all headed to lit early because of the stressful jour of making sure everything is where it needs to be for the ball two days from now.
