Severus Rogue Réponses

bri-marie said:
From the films (talking to Harry about Dumbledore leaving over the holidays in the 6th)" "[...] toi see, he's traveling and he won't return until term . . . resumes."
Harry: "Traveling? Where?"
Snape: Walks away.

Haha, okay, so it wasn't exactly a quote, but still :p

From the livres (when talking to Sirius in OotP):"Or are toi afraid he might not take the conseil of a man who has been hiding inside his mother's house for six months very seriously?"

from the movie "Have toi ever considered that toi ask too much, that toi take too much for granted..."

Books: "What would your head have been doing in Hogsmeade, Potter?" a dit Snape softly. "Your head is not allowed in Hogsmeade. No part of your body has permission to be in Hogsmeade."

"Obviously."
One word sums up the many many words Severus wished he could have said. Ron catches it and laughs.

"There will be no foolish wand-waving ou silly incantations in this class."

Also "That is the seconde time toi have spoken out of turn miss Granger. Tell me, are toi incapable of restraining yourself, ou do toi take pride in being an insufferable know-it-all?" HAHAHA!!

"Always."

"DON'T CALL ME A COWARD!"

Or, I really like this one; "Oh, very good," interrupted Snape, his lip curling. "Yes, it is easy to see that nearly six years of magical education have not been wasted on you, Potter. 'Ghosts are transparant.'"

aaaaand another quote from the king of sarcasm -

"Fascinating though your social life undoubtedly is, Miss Granger, I must ask toi not to discuss it in my class. Ten points from Gryffindor."

haha, I l’amour your choices, especially the sarcastic ones :)

Yes, Severus is the great king of sarcasm. That's the most difficult part to write in Severus-centered fanfics, reproducing his sarcastic wit.

Thank you, thank toi very much! Hehe; I could read a whole book just full of sarcastic things Snape might say.

BlackHound said:
My favori quote? His entire "Vengeance is sweet" performance in Prisoner of Azkaban.

If I had to choose just ONE line from that, it would have to be, "give me a reason. I beg you."

Priceless.

I liked Severus the very first time I saw him, I thought he was delightfully wicked, but it was the Shrieking Shack scene in PoA that made me fall truly, madly, deeply in l’amour with him.

The whole Potion speech in PS, book and movie alike.

CoS movie : "Perhaps it would be plus prudent to first teach the students to block unfriendly spells... (little smirk to Lockhart) Professor."

PoA movie : "Vengeance is sweet !" and "Give me a reason. Give me a reason and I'll do it !"

GoF movie : "Perhaps, we should, for the time being... let them... unfold." and "Don't. Lie. To. Me !"

OotP movie : "Your father was a swine !" and "Get. Out."

HBP book : "Don't. Call. Me. A. Coward !" and "Oh, very good," interrupted Snape, his lip curling. "Yes, it is easy to see that nearly six years of magical education have not been wasted on you, Potter. 'Ghosts are transparent.'"

HBP movie : during the Unbreakable Vow : "Put it down, Bella. We mustn't touch what isn't ours." I felt all weird, his voice was dripping with possessiveness and I could not help thinking this was indeed a psychological trait of his. (I want to be his ! I want to be his !)

I realize I'm in l’amour with the way Alan a dit all these words. His voice... his pauses... his silences... it's incredible how much Alan can make his characters say a lot in pauses and silence. He has eloquent silences.
