egyptprincess7 ^^ It's actually a big deal considering these BLACK men were shot and killed for literally no reason and apparently cops are trying to cover it up. It's RACISM. Plain and simple.

True-Finn-Fan ^^&^how can you say for no reason? were you there? also, a jury, not all of them whites, who were more unbias than most of the population, and had the most vivid and detailed evidence from the case, decided on the Ferguson case. i trust their decision because they knew a lot more of the details than anyone else and heard both sides of eyewitnesses accounts. secondly, Eric Garner wasn't shot. he was held in a head lock then lost consciousness and eventually died from compression to his chest and neck, there was no damage to his windpipe or neck bones though. Trayvon Martin wasn't killed by police or a white man, he was killed by a mix-Hispanic man who had gotten in an altercation with him that resulted in damage inflicted on his face and head and a shot that killed Trayvon Martin. The evidence pointed to self defense, the only argument their being why the altercation started. Tamir Rice had been shot after reaching for what the police thought was an actual gun, but had actually been an unmarked airsoft replica. these are tragedies in their own respects, but your perpetual political racism is not helping anything. it's not easing tensions or helping the families of those afflicted. the way that you emphasize the word "black" indicates that you are less concerned with the actual brutality that the police may have used in three of these cases, but the fact that it was used on a black man over the main population. you're both bias in this case, as you cannot, in any of these cases, find a "literal" reason other than the brainwashed "racism," that has been blown out of proportion in this country, for why these events occurred. i'm not saying that there isn't racism in america or that there isn't bias police brutality, but the way these deaths are being used and handled are, first of all causing more harm than good for the population, and secondly, aren't accomplishing anything but putting greater tension between the majority of good, ethical cops, and the majority of good, ethical black individuals. there's no cover up in these cases, there's no way the media would have allowed it based on the overexposure all of these cases got. they would have found some if there was any evident. lastly, it's NOT plain and simple. the issue is complex and uncertain. also, x-Yumi-x3, it's not sick to believe something has been made too big a deal, that's just your close-mindedness showing through.
