1-Accept that it's already happened to you. It's your life history now. toi can never changed the past but toi must accept it with new belief that future could be better and try to plus be focused on the future. Leave the past behind so déplacer on. Remember, life always has ups and downs.

2-Cry as long as toi want until toi feel tired and bored. Do not hold up the tears. After toi cry, toi go to look yourself in front of a mirror and say this many times till toi feel energized again. Don't forget to say it with your style, "I am a winner and passed, you're just a loser."

3-Watch some funny vidéos and enjoy yourself. Laugh as hard as toi want. Don't hold the feeling. Just burst the laugh

4-Smile and relax. This can help toi to be plus positive. Just remember something happy that ever happened to you. ou if it's too hard, just remember that if toi moody all the time, it also can't help toi to change the past but with just a smile, toi can change tomorrow

5-Believe in a "higher purpose": Use your faith. See how capable toi are to defeat stress about the past par believing. Always think of your beliefs no matter how big your problem is. In every test, there can be some benefits of it. Try to figure them out. Perhaps, talk to a friend about this ou an enthusiastic, knowledgeable believer in what toi believe

6-Go and do something toi like. Let's say toi l’amour to paint but didn't do it in a very long time. Why don't toi just take out all the brushes and art blocks to do something creative with it? Who knows with just a drawing, toi could gain something. In every line of your drawing, it is so valuable. Do everything toi want as long as toi are happy and it doesn't break the rules

7-Say yes to tomorrow. Don't ever try to hurt yourself ou whatever for the past. It doesn't worth at all. toi should take the past as one challenge so toi have to do better in the future and make sure it will not happen again to you.
8-Take a piece of paper and get your revenge. If toi are never satisfied with what happened in the past ou whoever that involved with it, just write this in words as toi actually want to tell them. Say everything toi always wanted. After toi finish write all of that, tear the paper and make it as small as toi can. Bet toi will feel relieved.9-
Seek somebody to ask for help. A counselor is one of them. When toi meet them, listen to each word they tell toi and try to practice it. While listening to them, toi have to feel relaxed. Take this as another challenge for you. Do your best to beat the past.10Do your best in your new start! Encourage one another to déplacer on with your lives. Let go of the past because it's already done, and think about the future because it's another time for toi to try.11Forgive yourself and the ones who hurt you. Cut some slack to others and yourself. Nobody asks to be donné a bad memory. People are not perfect. Everyone is prone to make missteps. That's how people are. And the only way to really déplacer on from a bad experience is to forgive the people involved.
