Help Me Please!!

I have been signed up for Pottermore now for a while and no matter what I do I can get in and it keeps saying my nom d’utilisateur and mot de passe don't match up. I don't know what to try because I have made sure my mot de passe is the right one and i have even changed to be absolutely sure I have the right mot de passe but it still won't let me in!

There's an option there for such cases. Click on the bit which says you've forgotten your password, and toi get emailed a link to let toi set a new password.

Then I suggest toi drop that account and sign up for another one. There is probably a problem with that first account and no matter what toi try it will not work ever again. I had one and tried so I just got another account.
