Considering his Shikai is constantly in a state of release, excluding when he hides it in his cane, I personally think it wouldn't change too much, maybe only small differences, like the tassel at the end and maybe the guard.

Maybe it has something to do with blood since some of his attacks are blood like color plus his shield "Blood Mist Shield"

I thinkit probably a red dragon that attacks quickly and dazzle that opponent with it beauty distracting them and its manifested form is probably actually a princess but we will never know until kisuke reveals it....if he ever does hes the type of man to keep us guessing

I think that Benihime's Bankia form is something like Ichigo's and Byakuya's put together. Fast but magestic.
