What's One Ethnic nourriture You've Never Had But, Want To Try?

I would really l’amour to try Filipino food~ <3 Tine-chan has told me a bit about it and it sounds AMAZING! Whenever she mentions a dish she's had ou anything else I just start drooling. It sounds so amazing~! I've had a couple Filipino dishes before (my adoptive father is half Filipino) but, I would l’amour to try some of the foods Tine-chan's told me about~ Izzy-chan has also told me about some Indian foods she's had before which also sound AWESOME. So, I definitely want to try that too~ <3

Well my sister has traveled to so many different countries and each time she does she always brings me back some of their nourriture to try~ But every time she went to France she always ate my gift before she could give it to me...XD So now I'm really curious to try it because it sounds really interesting and well...she seems to l’amour it :3 The closest I've ever been to trying it was eating at a Vietnamese restaurant~ (some of their nourriture is mixed with French nourriture because Vietnam was once a French colony X3) They have link. I'm very curious to know what escargot is like XD Also Caviar, Eclair, Mille-feuilles, Ratatouille~ It all sounds so fascinating. =)

God! I'm not actually familiar of how toi call the many ethnic dishes from around the globe. All I know is that I want to try anything from other countries I haven't tasted before. Well, I don't see much cake around and toi know how much I l’amour pastry, so even US' funnel cake, I'd like to have that. I don't know which one to choose >3<... Pastries and confectionery! toi can stuff my mouth with any pastry - Austrian, German, colorful fancy American stuff, anything. I don't think toi can even call that ethnic food. Delectable dishes fit for main course! Anything! French, Italian, British, Chinese, Balkan, etc. etc. I have no power to answer the question. XD
