What animé would toi montrer a 20 an old guy who has never watched animé before?

In my opinion I think a good starter animé for a 20 an old guy would either be One Piece ou Naruto. A mainstream animé that doesn't have too much gore ou fan-service to tell them that animé isn't only about that.

Try to montrer him an animé that tailors to his preferences. Like i.e if he likes comedy alot. montrer him a comedy anime. ou action and such and such. If I am trying to introduce someone into anything. I'll use what I know of them to find the best thing to introduce them to.

Technically no gore, as it takes place in a video game, but Sword Art Online. Naruto is a good choice, too. An animé I just started watching is Your Lie in April, and I'm in l’amour with it. Pun half-intended. Just don't watch Your Lie in April if toi don't think he'd want to watch a story of an 8 grade boy and his Friends in a small l’amour triangle. (I'm only on the 10th episode, so maybe it's about plus then an ex-piano prodigy and the girl he likes and the girl who likes him.)

Even though Lucky étoile, star was my gateway anime, I cannot recommend it as a first anime. However, I can recommend Working!!. It's funny and cute, and I enjoyed it since I was 13. (12 if toi count me listening to the opening over and over again)
