I just looked this up on my Windows phone. I believe her name is Nadeshiko Yamato from Shugo Chara. use this picture of her Cosplaying as Hatsune Miku in her AvantGarde dress. And compare this picture to Nadeshiko Yamato from Shugo Chara on Google images. I am saying this cause of the name titre on the side of the picture That says Nadeshiko. I don't think it's the same character and besides the Shugo Chara character "Yamato nadeshiko" is a general term used to described an ideal Japanese woman/housewife. Like I a dit it looks like they made it for their friend who's nom d’utilisateur is Nadeshiko, and the character in your image matches the character of their Friends profil image; so like I a dit it's just fanart of their Friends avatar. She's not from anything.
