Among all "aniki"/ "onii-chan" over the entire animé world who do toi think is the most bad-ass/ stands out among all?

Mine would be Kamui of Gintama, Kagura's brother, well I think his sadistic nature paved all the way for the haut, retour au début spot for me, he's quite mysterious, nonetheless he could be as stupid yet adorable at the same time, I don't know, I think loss my sanity because of his twisted character I guess @o@!!
