They're from the Japanese F2P web browser game Kantai Collection a.k.a KanColle an animé based off of the game just started airing last month. I personally haven't seen the animé ou played the game so I don't know if the characters in the picture toi have are in the animé ou not.
But toi can watch the animé free and legally on Crunchyroll link

The characters are (from left to right) Akatsuki, Hibiki, Inazuma, and Ikazuchi.
