animé Question

what is a good animé that has a normal person going to school and he gits some sort of powers in time

like a kid who went to school and a magic person gave him powers in school {does not have to be in school} and now he has to fight for his life

Specifically a "magic" person? I would recommend Parasyte except it's not magic ou anything...
