Post a series that was supposed to have/supposedly has a seconde season premiering but it didn't due to various reasons

Burst Angel supposedly has a seconde season premiering but it didn't due to (from what I gathered) Gonzo, the animé production company, having this tendency AND from time to time canceling certain animé series including their seasons
