for me it was dragon ball z. i started watching it in fifth grade. i fell in l’amour with dragon ball z and animé as soon as i watched it. i collected pokemon and yu gi oh cards when i was in like kindergarden. but i never watched the tv shows so i guess that doesnt count.

Death Note was what got me interested in watching more. suivant month, it will have been a an since I got into anime, myself. :)

Naruto got me hooked on anime. As a kid I would watch other animé like pokemon but Naruto got me into animé making me want to watch other shows like one piece, soul eater, bleach, etc... :)

Bleach! My first animé was Pretty Cure!. It was a good series but I watched when I was really young so I had no idea it was even an animé so yeah. :)

The first animé I ever watched was CardCaptors but I really got into animé after I watched Highschool Of TheDead.

M very first animé was either Pokemon ou Yugioh but the animé that pulled me into the fandom was Naruto.

Rosario + Vampire ou Highschool of the Dead I watched them both around the same time and they got me into animé

Hmm... Well, what got me into Japanese animation and legit animé was also my first, FullMetal Alchemist. However, I'd say what got me into the genre itself was the Legend of Zelda manga. I began lire it when I was 10-ish and I loved the art style. I had pages of my Link, Shadow Link, and Zelda drawings in my notebooks. Then I found the Tsubasa Chronicle series because it was that same right-to-left lire with the pretty drawings (ah, 10 an old me. How naive toi were...). Then I found the FMA series, found out it had an animated adaptation, and the rest is history. So, yeah! I have Legend of Zelda and Akira Himekawa to thank for anime! -worship bow-

Actually It was Angle Beats....it was my frist animé but....
i loved it!It had action and it was intresting...i always felt useless in front of some other guys...

Same here, it was Ouran. My Friends showed it to 3.5 years ago. I liked so much, I decided to watch plus anime. Now Ouran is my seconde fave animé of all times and so close to my cœur, coeur :)

i actully refused to watch any anime, untill my sister forced me to watch kaichou wa maid sama. ever since then i've been obsessed.

Fruits Basket got me into anime. Really great for 26 episodes.

Well I believe my first animé was Lodoss War ou Sailor Moon. The animé that got me into animé like seriously into it was Inuyasha (its my favorite)!
