I really don't know any Christmas animes but what i can suggest is look for Pokemon Christmas special MDR and IDK if this is a good one never seen it but heard about it an Christmas animé movie called Tokyo Godfather i think

Tokyo Godfathers takes place during Christmas and has a very deep message. It's not a "pretty" animé but it is good and it is done par the same people who did Wolf's Rain. I enjoyed the movie, it's worth your time.
