I highly recommend watching this anime. Even though I have seen a lot of great animé over the years, this one is still my all time 2nd favori ever. It is so deep, so confusing, so sad, but so beautiful.

(I don't want to give too much away) The guy despised loups and hunted them and the loups didn't care for him either. However, these two were killed par the same guy, in fact the loup tried to protect him. They spend their last moments together just giving comfort to each other. So they died not really Friends but not enemies either. RIP sweet Toboe I highly recommend watching this anime.
