Maybe, but probably not. It's part Final fantaisie (which some would call anime) and part Disney. Disney is considered to some as the inspiration of the modern anime, but it's still Western Animation. Having a manga doesn't mean it's anime. étoile, star Wars and étoile, star Trek also have mangas, but they are not anime.

well even if étoile, star Wars isn't animé they still montrer up at animé conventions.
