Do yo think that Anime's racist?

I kinda do. I know that some people say that there isn't that many balckpeople in Japon ou that there isn't that many half-black and half japanese people and i think that it's bull***t really? i mean some stars of animé like sailor a girl who has blonde hair and blue eyes. now if toi saw these types of fatures,that would most likey be on a person of english and european decent. I mean it is so unfair and I just think that animé should be any variety reguardless of race,because most of the settings aren't even in Japan!

No... I don't think so. I think that when there's a certain area that an animé takes place in, the manga-ka tries to fit the characteristics of the area.
For example, the animé Black Butler takes place in Victorian era England, so the people in that animé would probably all be of European descent.
And the animé Soul Eater takes place in Nevada, United States, so there are a variety of characteristics in that anime.
