Are there only 25 episodes for 07 Ghost?

Maybe I'm confused, but are there only 25 episode of 07 Ghost? Cause I was on an animé downloading site and found that beside episode 25 there's 'final' in brackets... Cause if it really is teh last episode, trhen it really stinks...

Maybe its only thye first season?
