I see some of the récent votes cannot be accessed for some reason, probably fanpop's screwing up again. Anyways, I've encountered this problem as well, so I thought I'll just share a useful tip to overcome this glitch. When toi make a vote and you're ready to publier it, but the cercle thingy just keeps spinning and nothing's happening and the page doesn't reroute toi to your published poll, DO NOT refresh the page.
