Well, I'm pretty sure toi just press the green button on the right that says "Become a fan." Then you'll be notified in the place that says "my updates" of things that happen in the club, such as questions and réponses being posted, photos and vidéos being added, and a lot more. toi may get a lot of notifications depending on how active the club is. And why are toi asking this here?
