 Cheer up, Beast.
Cheer up, Beast.
Hi guys, I remember that a few months ago. I wrote about Gerard Butler playing the beast, so here are my other choices, including Butler himself and my reasons why. So, here we go!

1. Joaquin Phoenix

I saw video clips of him in the 2000 film, Quills. Which I think it set around the same time as Beauty and the Beast, I personally think that he's the perfect candidate for the character.

2. Patrick Wilson

This musical theatre veteran had play in populaire musicals, in the likes of Carousel, Oklahoma and as Raoul in the 2004 Phantom of the Opera. He serenades us with his chant and is also a perfect...

Hi everyone!

So it's been about six months since I joined Fanpop, and about as much time since I published my first DP article ranking the DPs. This article will explain my new ranking of the Disney princesses (including Anna and Elsa) from lowest to highest in my opinion. Hope toi like it!

13. Elsa (same spot)

Unfortunately, Elsa’s still at the bottom of my list. This is mainly because she doesn’t seem to exhibit any worry about the kingdom and sister she leaves behind after they find out about her ice powers, which is disconcerting since she spent her whole life...

 Brotherly l’amour
Brotherly love
Hi guys, since I had compare both Titanic and Frozen. There is another movie that I notice that is similar to the latter, and that movie is Brother Bear.

Brother Bear

Apart from the sibling love, Kenai actually reminds me of Elsa, because like Elsa, he needs to have brotherly l’amour with Koda. He was also mistakenly thought to be the same ours in his brother, Denahi's eyes that killed his 2 brothers and became vengeful until the ending scene when Kenai gets turn back into a human.
Koda is very much like Anna, because they're both optimistic. It wasn't until that he found out the truth that Kenai...

Disney Princess films deserves plus weddings
Disney Princess movies deserves more weddings
After the article of wedding gowns for DPs, it got me thinking as to how would each princess get married, what would be the theme of the wedding and so on. I l’amour weddings! So, I have thought of theme based weddings for all princesses. Hope toi enjoy this. This part talks about only classic princesses.

Snow: The Il était une fois Woods
After all the life and death crisis, I think a private forest wedding ceremony, just between the prince(and his close family) and the dwarfs would be a harmonious affair. After all, this is where she found her life back and the family she's ever known. And being her,...

My 2nd Valentine's jour themed article and this time it's about my haut, retour au début 10 most romantic DP Movie Moments, hope you'll like this article

10. Pocahontas & John Smith shares their first kiss

This was a risky déplacer considering what happened afterwards and considering that they didn't get as much privacy as they wanted, but wow, this scene is so beautiful and romantic, the musique is amazing here and the Kiss is quite passionate

9. Eric shows Ariel his kingdom

I feel like one of few who doesn't find the bateau ride scene to be romantic, it's plus of a silly scene and the song isn't even romantic...

Hello everyone!
I'm ezilo25 and this is my very first article on this site! I wanted to do something special, and since I have read the Grimms Tale in German my whole life, I wanted to do a comparison of Disney movie adaptations and the Tales of Grimm. So, let's get started! Oh, and excuse me if I do grammatical
mistakes, I'm french, so please forgive me!

Cinderella

Oh, Cinderelli... I adore the Disney character, I am passionate about the animation movie, but I am in l’amour with Aschenputtel, the Grimms version of the Cinderella. Yes, I know, the movie is inspired par the Perrault version, which...

I posté this on the Frizen fan club while back and now I'm posting it here.

Everyone on here that knows pretty much knows how much I l’amour Anna and despise Elsa. I mean, I certainly like Elsa plus than I did when I joined in July, but I really hated her when I joined. So that's not saying much.

Right now, Elsa is twelfth place on my Disney Princesses as opposed to thirteenth place like she was when I first joined, while Anna made it to the top, instead of seconde place. So, both have moved up on my list, but Anna is still way in front of Elsa on my list.

It may not come as a surprise, since Elsa...

Who doesn't l’amour travel?

Well, I mean, I'm sure there are people who, beyond my comprehension, don't enjoy exploring other parts of the big wide world. But I l’amour travel. And I'm sure the Princesses would too. So here are the places the Disney Princesses would enjoy vacationing to. *Disclaimer: I have never been to these cities, so if I sound stupid, have mercy! I got most of my information from the internet.*

Snow White: Glorenza (Glurns), Italy

Snow White would l’amour to visit this tiny town in northern Italy, near the border with Switzerland. Since it is so small, with a population of only...

I did say I was going to write Christmas related articles here, but I've been wanting to write this one for a while, but I've been putting it off because I thought that pretty much everyone had the same list, but after thinking about it some parts of the liste can variate from person to person though I believe that most of toi will agree with my haut, retour au début 5. Anyway this was par far the hardest liste I've ever written, the haut, retour au début 5 where settled in stone, but the rest where really hard to place. I based this on many aspects, but mostly on if the princess has both her parents alive, one parent alive ou is...

The votes are finished and the results are in! Who is the most frightening villain of them all? Here are the rankings of the main villains from each Disney Princess film, according to the Disney Princess fanpop Club! Thank toi to everyone who voted as well as everyone who left comments! Some of your commentaires are shown plus than once, if they applied to plus than one villain. I hope toi guys enjoy this and can't wait to hear what toi guys think overall! :D (P.S. This is the club's rankings. For those of toi who are interested in link)

I'm sorry but I disagree with each side. I mean I agree with each side but I don't. I think both sides of the argument are taking things way too far, and it doesn't need to.

Frozen fans need to just accept that not everyone likes this movie and La Reine des Neiges haters need to learn that they are being just as rude as the La Reine des Neiges fans and they just need to stop.

Both sides really need to stop because they're ruining this movie for me. They already ruined Elsa for me, and soon, I'll hate the whole thing, even Anna, who's my favori DP.

 Honorary Mention: Cinderella's Father
Honorary Mention: Cinderella's Father
Okay so I basically grew up without parents in a large sense. That being said, I always yearned for a loving, stable and consistent mother and father to teach morals, values, effective and constructive communication, consequences for actions, real love, respect, trust, honor, etc. Since Walt Disney founded the company under those family and character-based values, I have always been very attached to the Disney brand. That being said, I was thinking about the Disney Princesses' parents and if I could have traded my childhood situation with one of them, which would it be? Since I also l’amour lists...

Happy Halloween! After much thinking about this, I think I finally came up with another article that i'm sure would be interesting to talk about.

Everything lives in a balance. there can't be good without bad, light without darkness, etc etc...The dichtonomy of ying-yang and how they complement each other is a subject that I find fascinating to read about, and mostly to apply it to other things. Something interesting i noted is how often in Disney the villains are pretty much the exact opposite of the heroes, but they often sometimes come from a same base. And in that base, they have much in...

I find majority of the DP films to be a bit scary, but that doesn't mean that it's impossible to make a liste of the scariest movies, but it wasn't an easy liste to do, but as usual I hope you'll enjoy this article

12. Cinderella

Okay so the bottom 3 are the only ones I'm really sure about and especially number 12, I mean do I even need to explain why it's last? But luckily it's there for a good reason, but despite being last it does have a few scary moments, but nowhere near as much as the films above

11. Frozen

This movie also lacks scary moments, but I placed it higher because it...

Here's another ranking of my favori DP outfits. I find Disney can work on at least signature dresses of princesses, there are hardly any that I absolutely l’amour and wish to own them but there are some great dresses that I really like and here's my haut, retour au début 10 favorite.

1. Aurora's Blue Gown:

Elegance and grace is dripping from this masterpiece. Sleek and straight cut of the dress makes it sophisticated. I l’amour the broad shoulder to the dress with pin pointed sleeves, shows off her poise so beautifully. I like the nipping of the waistline and the flair of the robe only opens when she twirls,...

hommages to link for posting the link When I came up with réponses for the 3rd question, favori movies, I really liked them so I wanted to share them as an article.

Snow White: Gone With The Wind (1939): Known as one of the favori romantic classics of all time, this was very big in it's jour and came out just 2 years after Snow White's movie did. This is not only a story of romance but a story of survival and Snow White is definitely a (romantic) survivor.

It's a few minutes past midnight here, but I felt like écriture this since the liste has been changing a bit since last time and also this time I'll add in Anna and Elsa too. Also this will be both a ranking of their chant voices aswell as their speaking voices, however as I am a bit lazy I won't add liens in this article, but toi can always chercher up the songs and a few scenes on YouTube, use the chercher word "disney songs swedish" and there toi go
And for the same reason I won't add in pictures either, but I hope you'll like this article despite that

Disney sequels. The base-breakers of the Disney fandom. Some l’amour them, some hate them. Some think they bring new perspectives to beloved characters, while others think they ruthlessly destroy and twist every aspect of the original movie. Well, one thing must be admitted: they were made with the intent to lait plus money for the franchise. But does that make all of them necessarily bad? No, but it does not make for a good start, really.

I think "The Il était une fois Christmas" is proof of this. Having seen it yesterday, I can attest it has a lot of "pros" and "cons", which makes for a mixed bag. So...

In honor of Mothers’ Day, I decided to do an article ranking my favori Disney Princess mothers… I know it’s a bit late, but I wanted to make sure I had it worded perfectly! I didn’t include Evil Queen, Lady Tremaine, and Mother Gothel because they are not the biological mothers of the princesses… and I thought it would be fairly obvious where they’d rank. Some of my opinions are going to be quite unpopular, but I hope we can agree to politely disagree.

7. Queen Elinor

I know this is going to be an unpopular opinion, but I really dislike Elinor. While I do believe she loves...
