I have seen every Disney princess movie known to exist (the sequels are an exception), and during all my time of watching I noticed a couple patterns.
For instance, a princess`s hair color most often tells what kind of person they are:

Brown- the artistic type, who often gets Lost in livres and has a number of hobbies.
·Belle
·Repunzel

Blonde- with Elsa and Repunzel as the only exceptions, these princesses are an icone of beauty and nothing else. Their only goal in life is to marry Prince charming and are the reason plus feminist icons, like Merida from Rebelle need to be created.
·Cinderella
·Aurora...

Now that we know who Fanpop's favori Disney Princesses are at the moment, let's get into the movies, and fanpop user's global, ensemble opinion on them.




12. Cinderella: 269 Points.
A classic, and usually considered the most iconic Disney Princess Movie. Well, it sure didn't do too well in this countdown, and a lot of the users placed it in their bottom three, ou even last. Most people tend to find it boring, dull, not entertaining, uninteresting, didn't like it in general, ou just placed it last because they loved the others more. The, "old-fashioned ness" of the movie doesn't help things for...

She is underrated! She is the best role model! She is beautiful, brave, selfless and fabulous! She cares about others and has a lot of faith, and never gives up!
2.    Mulan
She sacrificed her life and safety for her dad and her country! She's a hero, and she is sweet and humble!
3.    Pocahontas
Another selfless heroine! Sacrificed her life for love, not just romantic love, but l’amour of another race! She shut down racism and broke the barrier between Native Americans and European Settlers!
5.    Belle...

So far these are the results for the countdown of the most beautiful Disney heroines, places 31-40. Most people didn't consider these girls pretty and definitely not beautiful. So just like the last time I did this countdown I'm going to tell how the public felt about them and then what I think about them. Bonjour! In my last article I defended both Cendrillon and Snow White. Now I'm going to defend Aurora and Ariel.

Aurora -

Most people either have a l’amour ou hate relationship with Aurora. I l’amour her, but she's not my favourite. Everyone complains that she has an underdeveloped personality and she does nothing, but most of all, people are frustrated about the fact that her eyes change colour.
In contrast, I don't believe she has an underdeveloped personality at all. Out of all the Disney Princesses, she has the least screen-time, (I think it was eighteen minutes ou something) and I think Disney...

I just finished watching Pocahontas 2 and I really wanted to write an article about what I feel for this sequel. If toi haven't seen the movie, don't read this article, it contains spoilers. Also, I'm very sorry for not putting images, but I don't have the time.

To begin with, I find that movie really good. Of course toi can't compare it with Pocahontas 1, but how many sequels are actually better than the original movie? It's not only the animation/ plot/ characters that are much better, but also the feeling of nostalgia toi get. When I really like one movie, I will definitely feel weird when...

Elsa, is my favori DP currently and I thought of montrer my opinions about her.

We first meet Elsa when she is sleeping and Anna wakes her because "the sky is awake" and they have to play.
She first hesitates and tells her to play par herself but when her sister asks her to build a snowman she can't resist.
This part shows Elsa's personality before being isolated. We can see that she is the elder sister and tends to act plus mature and calm, but she enjoys being with her sister and shows her playful side.
And we can also see that she isn't afraid of her powers and likes to use them.

A vote was recently made about who was the most selfish DP, and I was shocked and annoyed at what people were saying about Elsa (and Merida... But I guess I may have to make that article later) being selfish.

I know this point is already being debated on the poll, so some may find it a bit repetitive to read this, but I wanted to make a really detailed examination about Elsa and her 'selfishness'.

One argument I read was: "in the beginning part when she forbids Anna to marry him, it's just because she doesn't want to see Anna have fun with others while she is alone in her own sadness...."....

It's the 3rd time I'm écriture this article, main reason for doing it again is because I wanted to include Anna and Elsa and also because Within Temptation released a new album almost 2 months il y a aswell as a single with a total of 12 new songs so I'll be using some of those to the princesses, anyway hope you'll l’amour this article :)

If most of toi like me have grown up with The Little Mermaid and have followed the films and TV shows, I think toi realize when it comes to the story of the rebellious redhead from under the sea, it's not completely there.

Now I didn't see The Little Mermaid in theaters, but a lot of toi did. It after all was the highest grossing animated film at that time. And of course, toi all loved it. Lately my obsession for Pocahontas is growing, and although I've already made a "Why I Love" article for her, I just really wanted to write something else for her.
