After I watched the first 7 seasons of My Little poney Friendship is Magic I started listening to the songs on repeat whenever I felt like it and there are songs from that montrer that had me thinking of some of the princesses and some of the characters in the movies. Here's a liste of the songs, which characters the songs reminded me of, and why.

Song: arc en ciel from My Little poney the Movie
Character: All the princesses

This song is actually mostly for a character in the movie who was a villain but then reformed which isn't what happened to any of the princesses (except maybe Elsa, though while not a villain she did some things in La Reine des Neiges that she regretted). However, like the villain in the movie almost all the princesses had to endure something painful (Snow White and Cendrillon forced to be servants, Ariel losing her collection, Aurora finding out her life is a lie, Belle losing her freedom, jasmin thinking someone died because of her, Tiana losing her dream restaurant, and Rapunzel locked up her whole life).

Years ago, I did an article about some fan-made grandchildren of Triton, excluding Melody, of course. However, I was going off the taureau, bull crap logic and "continuity" of the terrible prequel, The Little Mermaid 3: Ariel's Beginning. Instead, I'm going to be basing this off the personalities I've donné the daughters of Triton in another article I did, which includes the age order of Aquata being the oldest daughter of Triton. I take into account the TV series, like I did with Arista's personality and Adella's design, because it is a faithful and worthy prequel to The Little Mermaid. The way this is going to work is that I will talk about the oldest daughter of Triton's children first and go in order of age of the daughter of Triton instead of par age of the grandchild so that no one gets confused about which child belongs to which of Ariel's sisters. Along with this, I will be including a fan-made son of Ariel and Eric at the end. Melody won't be included because she's an already existing character with an established personality and I'm doing this over fan-made characters and telling toi the personalities I created for them. Some siblings will be included in one picture just because I...

Hi guys, I am currently watching a scene from The cygne Lake ballet. I actually notice a number of similarities between the populaire ballet and Disney's retelling of The Little Mermaid. Since some Ballet Company has tragic endings, I will also cover on the original Hans Christian Anderson's novel in this article!

The Story

Both stories revolve around 2 young heroines and how they meet their fate, Odette is actually a young girl who was suddenly turn into a cygne upon meeting Rothbart, the evil sorcerer.
Now upon seeing this, it reminded me of when Ursula turns Ariel a human after she storms out of her destroyed grotto par her father. Prompting the latter to regret his mistakes later on.
Another interesting scene that I would like to point out is when Vanessa hypnotises Eric to marry him, this particular scene reminds me of when Odile, Rothbath's sister who has an uncanny resemblance to Odette fools Prince Siegfried during the ball scene.

Hello Sissi!
Hi guys, I know that toi guys want another princess with Brunette hair. So, here are my suggestions and my reason why.

1) Empress Elisabeth of Austria-Hungary (Sissi)

I first found her during my holiday in Vienna, Austria. Her life fascinates me and the most famous movie about her is the Sissi Trilogy featuring the Austrian actress name Romy Scneider, go check this film out!

2) Kate Middleton

She is another possible choice for a future Disney Princess who is a brunette. Her movie will be on how she met Prince William leading up to the Royal Wedding.

3) Queen Victoria

The movie maybe base on the 2009 film, The Young Victoria. Leading up to her relationship with her children, especially the future King Edward VII.

Any Brunette Favourites?

So, here are my 3 choices for a brunette Disney Princess. Do toi have anymore suggestions? If so, please commentaire them on the commentaire box!

I got this idea from KataraLover after a long time of wondering what to write about. It was actually very easy to assign toi all to these characters. I only have one, maybe two users for each princess so don’t feel bad if you’re not on here, we haven’t been very active lately on fanpop anyway. Anyway, on with the list!

1. Snow White

MalloMar - I’ve only just recently gotten to know her on here, but she’s really sweet and kind. I like her way of écriture and can always appreciate her optimism so far. I’m looking vers l'avant, vers l’avant to getting to know toi better!

2. Cinderella

Sparklefairy375 - She’s really kind and generally sweet and level headed girl. A lot of the time when I see her commentaires she reminds me of what Snow White would say in this situation, whether it’s to keep the peace ou something really pleasant and nice to say. I also think that Sparklefairy has a good sense of right and wrong and doesn’t let the bad things bother her. She speaks her mind and is always kind to others. I don’t know if anybody else does this...

étoile, star papillon is the étoile, star of a Disney animated montrer called étoile, star vs. the Forces of Evil. étoile, star is my favori Disney princess despite not being a part of the official Disney princess lineup.

1. Disney princesses have been accused of not being able to fight for herself, but no princess kicks plus butt than Star. She has defeated Ludo and his henchmen several times. Marco often helps her, but he's plus of a sidekick to her than her knight in shining armor.

2. étoile, star is easily the funniest Disney princess. Her and the montrer have a unique style of humor that makes it stand out. The only Disney princess that's regularly funny that I can think of is Anna, but étoile, star is much funnier. Star's a lot plus eccentric and fun than any other Disney princess.

3. When it comes to visuals most Disney princesses are made to look beautiful, but I much prefer Star's unique design. She's a teenager and a comedic action hero so they didn't try to make her pretty. Instead they gave her a creative costume and a memorable look that makes her stand out.

The Snow Queen
Since the sequel is coming out suivant year, here are my personal opinions whether another character with snow powers will be feature in the sequel and whether ou not shall will be the protagonist ou the antagonist.

She should be the Antagonist

I would l’amour to see Anna and Elsa having a wicked relative, who is actually their aunt and even has ice powers. But unlike Elsa's, their aunt's ice powers is plus powerful.
Her main motive is set the whole of Arendelle on ice permanently, unfortunately her powers were remove par sisterly love.

She should be the Protagonist

She was possessed par an evil spirit and as mentioned, Anna and Elsa help their aunt to eliminate the evil spirit that gave their aunt the ice powers, thus reconciliation between aunt and her 2 nieces through love.
My seconde theory is that maybe she could be the source for Elsa's powers, and since Elsa could control it, she is going to control her aunt's ice powers.

The classic princesses are the heroines of Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs, Cendrillon and Sleeping Beauty. This 3 films were made between 1937 and 1959, and they are the only "official" princesses made par Walt Disney.

In the récent years we have seen an evolution on the female characters after them, but are they really as bad as they seem? They aren´t.

The 3 films were made when women had less rights than men, and it was obviously a different mentality, but that doesn´t mean the characters itsef are sexist, they just live in sexist societies.

Snow White: Many people criticize Snow White for being "weak", ou dumb, just because she cleans in the movie, she cleans the house bc she thinks the dwarfs are orphan children and maybe if she cleans the house they´ll let her stay. A very smart déplacer on a 14 an old girl who almost got killed.
She doesn´t ask for a prince bc she can´t live without a man, she only talks about him when the dwarfs ask her too, it´s ok to dream about the only person who has a dit nice things about toi in years. The Prince literally only appears twice in the movie, and he doesn´t do much lol.

Dark & Lightness
Hi guys, so this article is literary my first impressions on the 2017 live-action reboot of the Disney Classic that we all grew up with it.

The Cast

I was initially a little disappointed that Disney didn't get either Emmy Rossum ou Anne Hathaway for Belle, but one problem with the latter is that Anne will be typecast as a royalty. So, Emmy would be the possible choice due to her chant experience.
Whereas the Beast may either be play par Gerard Butler, Patrick Wilson ou Joaquin Phoenix, but with Emmy as Belle. It would be like Gerry has played the Phantom's ancestor while Emmy is Christine's ancestor, ou that Patrick is playing Raoul's ancestor after all!
I have basically no commentaire about the rest of the cast at all, honestly speaking.

The Songs

This was another disappointment for me, because I thought that the songs for the musical were going to make way for the film, but it didn't!
But on the other hand, it was great that Alan Menken had written 3 new songs for the film especially.

I looked for a paragraph on Merida’s physical description on about four different Wikipedia pages. No luck. So that’s why her description is lacking detail compared to the others.

Snow White's Physical Beauty

"Snow White is a young 14-year old girl blessed with beauty so flawless and enchanting she is the "fairest in the land." The phrase "lips red as the rose, hair black as ebony, and skin white as snow", describes her most notable features, being her rosy red lips and rosy cheeks, and both her hair and skin color. She is sweet, but also shy. Being fairly short in height, Snow White has a rather slender, flat-chested figure, and dainty little feet."

And, as promised, here is the seconde part of the alphabet.

Honestly, this was easily the most difficult of them all. For one, there weren't exactly many picture options in the style I wanted. Two, the sheer Size of Maui made it difficult to fit him and a plant into the picture. I am actually not happy with having him directly behind the letter, but when I tried to place him in the swirl it just didn't work out at all. I paired her with the "N" because one of the two plants which is particularly prominent in "Moana" is the coconut, and "Niu" is the Polynesian name for the coconut palm.

This is another letter I am not quite happy with. For some reason it is easier to find pictures of Hans than finding pictures featuring Kristof. So I might redo this one down the line.

I went with the orange tulipe, tulip over a fleur which actually start with "O" because the tulipe, tulip is a typical Scandinavian fleur which often turns up in fabric patterns.

10. Merida fighting Fergus and Elinor fighting Mor'Du

Merida fighting Fergus was a brief fight, it was just her stopping him from killing Elinor. The excitement doesn't really start until Mor'Du comes in and is getting ready to kill Merida then Elinor goes full on mama ours on him. The reason I like this scene so much is because Elinor was never a fighter, she spent the whole movie thinking that a lady should never use weapons and shouldn't fight but once her daughter is in danger she does not hesitate to jump in and fight Mor'Du and even goes as far as killing him. This scene is a perfect example of what happens when toi come after a mama bear's cub.

Usually I don't post articles here any longer, because I have my own blogs to take care of. But this is a little project I did specifically for this club: Entry letters toi can use every time toi write an article.

Now, I first wanted to sort Disney Princess characters on letters, but I soon realised that there are way too many characters whose name start with A, B ou P. I would have been impossible to include even all Disney Princesses if I had done it this way. So in the end, I decided to do a plant based alphabet. I hope toi like the result.

I picked the Anemone for John Smith for a kind of convoluted reason. See, I think nothing symbolizes him as well as his compass does. But a compass is not a flower. But the Anemone is, which is also called "Bushwindröschen" in German which means as much as little scrub Windrose. And a Windrose is what the middle part of the compass is called, so there we go, the A is covered.

I am not sure how many people are aware of that, but "Rapunzel" is actually supposed to be the name of a plant in the original fairy tale. Thing is, nobody is quite clear about what...

So good to see them together!
Since the 4 piece boy band are populaire in Asia, including Malaysia. Here are my song choices from this British boy-band.

1) Don't Wanna Lose toi Again

The 3 classic princes will sing this to their respective princesses, even Prince Eric will sing this at the end while rescuing Ariel!

2) Like A Rose

From the Beast's perspective, he will sing this song about Belle and especially about the Rose as a constant reminder to break the spell.

3) Trust Me

Aladin and jasmin will sing this a duet, in this song, Aladin tells Princess jasmin to trust him!

4) Waiting for Daylight

Moments before the final showdown, Pocahontas will sing this song. This song represents her!

5) No More

This song is all about Mulan's and Shang's relationship, especially when they first meet.

6) Caught in the Middle

Tiana has become a frog alongside Prince Naveen, and Tiana will sing this song.

New Update edit: I wasn't happy with Belle, jasmin and Pocahontas' new backgrounds so I changed them to something a bit plus funny.

Ariel's Background

"Ariel is an independent, headstrong and determined young mermaid. She spends most of her time outside the palace walls of Atlantica singing, daydreaming, and adventuring with her best friend patauger, plie grise the guppy fish, and sometimes Sebastian the crabe who is also the royal adviser to Ariel's father. Ariel is the youngest of Triton's seven daughters and is 16 years old. She has a vast fascination with the world of humans, despite such contact being forbidden par Triton, who is xenophobic and forbids contact between humans and her species."

I finally worked out how to do this. My mistake was mixing too many languages together which made it impossible to translate it back into full English. That's why Snow White's paragraph came back with only one sentence. I've done a remake of it with funny results including Cendrillon and Aurora's stories.

Disclaimer: Character Profiles (copy and pasted) from link

Snow White's Background

"Snow White was born into the royal family. Her mother died shortly after her birth. After some time, Snow White's father remarried a vain and cold-hearted queen. Not long after their marriage, the King, Snow White's beloved father, suspiciously died, leaving the young princess as an orphan.

As a young child, Snow White's vain and wicked stepmother the Evil Queen feared that one jour Snow White's beauty would surpass her own. So, she dressed Snow White in rags and forced her to work as a scullery maid to try to quench her growing beauty. Each day, the Queen consulted her magic mirror asking, "Magic Mirror on the wall, who is the fairest one of all?" As long as the Mirror...

Those were the good old days!
Hi guys, remember that I wrote about the Westlife a few months ago. So now, it's their American counterpart N*Sync's turn as to what songs the princesses would l’amour to listen and serenade it with their respective princes!

1. Someday, Somewhere

The 3 princesses will dance and sing with their princes, hoping that they will meet each other one day!

2. Thinking of toi (I Drive Myself Crazy)

Since the accident, Eric could not stop thinking of Ariel. So, it could serve as a duet for the couple.

3. musique Of My Heart/ It's Gonna Be Me

Considering that Belle is involve in a l’amour triangle, Gaston and the Beast will sing the latter. As for the former, the Beast will sing this ballad to Belle after being transform back into a Prince.

4. This I Promise You

Originally sung par Richard Marx and then later covered par Shane Filan of Westlife fame, this song serves a duet for both jasmin and Aladdin.

We all know the tale as old as time that is Disney's 1991 animated film, Beauty and the Beast. It was a smash hit when it came out and was the first animated film in history to be nominated for best picture. It wasn't nominated for best-animated picture because that category didn't even exist back then, it was nominated for best picture PERIOD! It didn't win but that was still impressive because an animated film being nominated for best picture was absolutely unheard of. It's still a beloved classic to this jour and for good reason. The animation is gorgeous, the romance is amazing, the characters are likable and memorable, and the songs are incredible. Many have a dit that this movie is perfect and that there is nothing wrong with it. I personally disagree with that for reasons I'll get into later, but it's still one of Disney's best movies.

So with Disney's trend of doing live-action remakes of their animated films, it was only a matter of time before they decided to do a remake of Beauty and the Beast. The remakes have varied in quality with some being absolutely awful and a disgrace to the original films (Maleficent and Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland films), some...

Team Belle?
Hi guys, I'm going to be écriture why I felt that Cendrillon is better than Beauty and the Beast. No, it's not their animated counterparts, I'm referring to their respective live-action counterparts.

The Characters

In Cinderella, the titre character's role was expanded unlike her animated counterpart. Her character development has significantly improve and I'm very happy about it, because we get to plus about Cendrillon and how she got her trademark name. Which is taken from the original fairy-tale!
Whereas in Beauty and the Beast, they actually copycat the animated feature, Belle's and the Beast's characters are almost identical to their animated counterparts. I was not particularly very happy with the Beast at all, because he's not very hotheaded and ferocious enough, especially during the West Wing scene!
Honestly speaking, I have no commentaires on both Gaston, Lady Tremaine. But Anastasia and Drizella were also for comic relief, to which I truly appreciate it! Finally, the Il était une fois objects are not so self-centred as their animated counterpart. To which the latter's true nature were shown in Humans Again, a song to which I grew to...

11. Charlotte's wedding dress
This dress is very....interesting. Like there's some parts of it that's pretty but it's kinda over the haut, retour au début and so so so rose Obviously this is a dress for charlotte because almost every formal dress we see her wear is rose and over the haut, retour au début because that's her style. I'm always for people wearing what they want, whether it be cosplay (don't judge me, I'm a geek and proud :P ) ou just wearing a different colored dress. This, however, doesn't exactly scream "wedding dress" to me. It actually reminds me of one of those cakes that has the doll in the middle of it.

10. Tiana's swamp wedding dress
Personally I liked this dress; I loved seeing Tiana wear it in Disneyland and I thought it fit well with the swamp thing. So I didn't know what to expect when I did this countdown, I figured some people didn't like it but what I didn't expect was....the commentaires about it looking like a cabbage Ever since I saw those commentaires that's all I think about now when I see this dress. Even though it's supposed to look like a big leafy dress (because...

I know Anna isn't real - but I still want to wish her a Happy Birthday.
Last year, I wrote an article where I listed off of my 40 favori fan-arts of Anna. It was June 21st, a.k.a. Anna's Birthday. And I wanted to honor that par écriture that article. I did the same with Elsa and I even wrote a sequel article to that article. Now, I'm doing the same for Anna. She may not be as populaire as her sister, but she will always be just as important to me.
The rules are the same: 1.This time, I'll only liste off 25 instead of 40; 2.I'll reuse fan-arts from the Elsa ones as long as they feature Anna; 3.I won't include official artworks ou screenshots from anything she appeared in. I will only include things made par the fans, as a loving tribute to this amazing character.

1."Anna's Beauty"

I don't know the name of the artist, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying this amazing piece of work!
Anna looks both beautiful and adorable here. The contrast of bright couleurs with the dark couleurs of her clothes are really spectacular. Another detail I noticed is that the image contains both snowflakes and flowers. The snowflakes presumably represent Elsa and the fleurs represent Anna. This could represent that...

Happy Father's jour everybody! The countdown has come to an end so here's the article about the results! Just a warning, a lot of the dads are going to have the same sentences like "We don't see this dad with his son/daughter" but that's what happens when there's dads that are either killed off early in the movie ou aren't the main focus of the story :P

19, 18, and 17 Lord Dingwall, Lord Macintosh, and Lord MacGuffin.
So it's pretty clear why they were taken off first; they were really just comic relief and we didn't see them with their sons too much. We can tell they do care about their kids though and after Merida's speech when the sons agreed with Merida about doing their own thing and getting married in their own time the Lord were pretty hesitant at first (cuz, toi know, each of them wanted their son married to a princess) but they respected the sons' choice.

10. Alice
Why should she be in the lineup?
Although her movie was a flop, it's still populaire to this day; it's shown on tv every now and then, the movie has a lot of merchandise, had gotten a live action remake, and it has a few rides in the Disney parks. And though she's not a princess ou in the lineup she's featured in Disney Princess related stuff like DP magazines and DP sing-along films and she's called the Princess of cœur, coeur in the Kingdom Hearts games

Why shouldn't she be in the lineup?
She's too young to be in the lineup. That's really it. I would add because she's not royalty as well but Mulan and Pocahontas are in the lineup

9. Eilonwy
Why should she be in the lineup?
She's a princess and fans will say she's bland compared to how she was in the book but I honestly like that she spoke her mind (even if she a dit something rude unintentionally) and when Taran got mad at her at one point and a dit "What would a girl know about swords anyway?" she stood up for herself, reminding him if it weren't for her he'd still be in a...
