This is another sequel I haven't seen in forever. Longer than forever, actually. I would say I'm excited to watch this but after Pocahontas II: Journey to a New World I'm not looking vers l'avant, vers l’avant to watching this one.

Tonight's rewatch: Cendrillon II: Dreams Come True
Last time watched: 2002

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
The beginning of this story is exactly the same as the one about Pocahontas 2; I wasn't into the original that much when I was a kid, but then this cartoon Disney movie with familiar faces came out, begged my dad to get me a copy, fin. But unlike Pocahontas 2 I actually did...

I'm actually looking vers l'avant, vers l’avant to watching this a little plus than I did when I had to watch Maleficent. This remake may not live up to the standards of the original but personally it's always been enjoyable to watch.

Tonight's rewatch: Cinderella
Last time watched: 2017-2018

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
The first time I watched Cendrillon I did like it and there were some changes I liked but then there were some changes I really had to question. Even with the problems I have with this movie I still like to watch it every now and then.

How much of this movie have I forgotten:

Since the...

Hello everybody! Felt that écriture bug back in me, and the one article I've noticed I haven’t done yet is the Disney Princess films of course! And with our latest addition Moana. Hope toi all enjoy, after all these are just my opinions.

12. Brave

I don’t know why, but I’ve never really liked this movie. I’m not very knowledgeable on Scottish mythos ou culture, so I was excited to see it, but it turns out that there just wasn’t enough magic in charm in it for me. I really liked that it was a classical story about a witch, a princess, and a spell, but going to the movie really...

 Applause to your suggestions, Genie!
Applause to your suggestions, Genie!
Hi guys, since I am having mixed feelings about the live-action reboot of Disney's Aladdin. Here are my suggestions on the actors for the perfect Genie if Will Smith was not chosen in the first place!

Ryan Stiles

From Whose Line is it Anyway?, this guy is the perfect genie. He has the same sense of humour as Robin Williams and even his mannerisms reminds me of the genie!

Jason Alexander

I knew that he played Abis Mal in the animated TV series that we all grew up with, but I would l’amour to see him tackle the genie this time, for a change.

Ricky Gervais

I have been a fan of British comedies, so I...

Wow I am way late on this article hahaha.

For this movie I'm going to compare it a little to the original Sleeping Beauty and treat it as a standalone film. So for this movie and for the other remakes I'm going to not only talk about what I've been talking about for the animated movies, I'm going to compare the remakes to the originals while trying not to judge it for being not as good as the original.

Tonight's rewatch: Maleficent
Last time watched: Summer of 2014

I know La Reine des Neiges isn't part of the Disney Princess franchise but this movie was on the liste of films to watch for months before I finally started doing these articles so please just go with it. ou don't read it. Whichever keeps things drama free.

Tonight's rewatch: Frozen
Last time watched: 2014

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
I was 20 going on 21 when this movie was released in theaters so I wasn't exactly a kid, plus like a kid at heart. I wasn't excited about this movie at the time and it didn't help when Disney released childrens livres that spoiled the plot, including the Hans spoilers,...

Tonight's rewatch: Both La Reine des Neiges shorts
Last time watched: 2018

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
Like Frozen, these shorts came out in my 20s so I wasn't a kid but like I a dit before, I'm a kid at heart! I was hesitant to watch both shorts because I kept hearing a lot of La Reine des Neiges haters call these shorts cash cows and a dit the holiday special was boring. I hardly heard anything positive about both shorts. I watched La Reine des Neiges Fever about a week ou two after it premiered and I loved it and I finally watched Olaf's La Reine des Neiges Adventure around christmas time last an and, again, loved it!

Why I love...

Like I a dit the princess list, this just a prévisualiser of how well Moana does if ou when she joins the lineup, so it's a smaller pool of users, no citations from users and no extravagant pics. Without further ado, let's get to it.

12. Brave-196 points

Fanpop is not very kind to this film at all, much like its princess. Pixar made a very halfassed attempt at écriture a Disney Princess movie and strangely, it doesn't feel like a Disney film ou a Pixar film. Some may even compare it to early 2000s Dreamworks. (read: Shrek) People also find this movie to be a rushed mess with the only well done aspect...

No Anna ou Elsa, they're too busy being cash cows
No Anna or Elsa, they're too busy being cash cows
Every time I come back from a hiatus I always do this and since it's been confirmed (in an indirect roundabout kinda way) that Moana will be apart of the lineup, it's as good of a time as any.

12. Moana

There's something about her that's just very forgettable, maybe it's because her movie evokes such apathy in me. Everything about her just screams "perfect modern role model" even plus so than princesses like Belle, Poca, Mulan ou Tiana and I find her even plus "marketable", "manufactored" and obnoxiously flawless than Rapunzel. Even becoming chief feels like some gimmicky "role model" thing,...

Introverts often:
- Have quiet energy
- Listen plus than talk
- Think quietly inside their heads
- Think, then act
- Feel comfortable being alone
- Prefer to work "behind-the-scenes"
- Have good powers of concentration
- Prefer to focus on one thing at a time
- Are self-contained and reserved

 Disney Heriones
Disney Heriones
The two most populaire Disney women outside of the DP franchise. These two exotic beauties are definitely fan favoris when it comes to Animated Heriones, so why aren't they apart of the official line-up? The main reason people complain about Mulan being an official princess is that she gets recognized when these two ladies don't. Even though Megara is closer to royalty than her and Esmeralda is pretty much equal to Mulan. So basically I'm going to do the same thing I did with Merida. Look at the Pros and Cons of adding Esmeralda and Megara to the line-up. The only difference is, Merida still...

Seriously, if these three were princesses they'd be #1
Seriously, if these three were princesses they'd be #1
Oh my god! This is literally the hardest countdown I've ever done! I did this liste awhile back and my opinion has changed radically on all the princesses. With my favourites list, one princess moved, with this liste they've all changed places, I used math to help me rank them and I was surprised, especially par my #8. I gave each of them scores of 1-10 for three different areas, face, body and hair. Then added it up. No one got 30 as their final score. Funny enough, even though they're princesses, none of them are perfect. To be honest I'm only sure about my haut, retour au début two, this liste could change again...

Okay I'm trying to make a complete liste of all Disney Princesses. To make this liste the Disney girl must be either born royalty ou she marries royalty. (So while Mulan is awesome, she doesn't make the cut) This is to include all princesses not just leading ladies.
If toi see one is not on the liste please comment.

Born Royalty
-Adella (King Triton's Daughter)
-Alana (King Triton's Daughter)
-Andrina (King Triton's Daughter)
-Aquata (King Triton's Daughter)
-Ariel
-Arista (King Triton's Daughter)
-Atta (A Bug's Life)
-Attina (King Triton's Daughter)
-Aurora
-Dot (A Bug's Life)
-Eilonwy (The Black Cauldron...

Part 1
As toi may already of noticed I am a bit of a fan of the Disney Princesses and their films. One aspect about these films that I find really interesting is the kingdoms in which their stories take place, including the buildings and the general surroundings. So I decided to write an article discussing each Princesses kingdom. In this article I am looking at Walt Disney's princesses ie. the original three.

Aladdin: So here we were, early 1990's, and the Disney Renaissance was at its peek. The studios had produced two of the highest grossing animated films of all time and still were pushing on. However the team suffered a tragic loss with the death of lyricist Howard Ashman who surprisingly had had a large amount of creative input on the précédant two films. (He named Ariel) It was even his idea to make the suivant Disney animated feature, Aladdin released on November 25, 1992. However, much to the disappointment of many, this would be the last picture to showcase a royal fairytale princess for the...

Introduction: Understanding the Enneagram

So, the Enneagram is a pretty complicated system of classifying personalities. Basically, everyone has a core type, expressed as a number of One through Nine. This is the most straightforward description of someone’s personality.

Here’s a basic rundown of each type:
1: perfectionistic, rational, idealistic
2: generous, warm-hearted, nurturing
3: ambitious, image-conscious, charming
4: sensitive, dreamy, moody
5: cerebral, perceptive, analytical
6: trustworthy, loyal, Rebelle

12 Season Color Wheel
So I never really got to experience much of fashion-culture growing up and have just recently begun to give it any focus ou attention. I have heard of the rule that "Redheads shouldn't wear pink." and I have seen some people discuss this here on FanPop in terms of Ariel and her rose dress. I have also read many commentaires debating Aurora's famous "Blue vs. rose Dress". In those discussions, I heard a talented user on this site, link say things like "She's a Winter." etc. I thought that was so fascinating! I had never heard of this concept before so I decided to look into it. That is how I came...

Second: Here is my personal break-down analysis based on knowledge of Arab/Muslim culture compared to the Disney Aladin film.

The majority of Princess Jasmine's numerous flaws stem from the fact that she is completely inaccurate and offensive to her culture. From the clothes she wears to the way she speaks, jasmin does not represent Arab ou Muslim women at all but rather a disgraceful woman in their culture. Unfortunately, Jasmine...

 The Redesigns
The Redesigns
Okay, so a lot of people have been doing these, and I wanted to write a new article before I finished my countdown of the smartest Disney Princesses, so I'm going to be doing this. Anyways, keep in mind this is just my opinion. Enjoy the article! :)

11. Mulan

She may be my favori Disney Princess, but I am definitely not a fan of her design. In my opinion, her face is completely changed, it's made sort of chubby, with plus rosy cheeks. Her hair looks different, and I do like the outfit, but I don't think it Suits – Avocats sur Mesure her, I don't think her appearance is unappealing to look at ou anything,...
