'Mary-Sue' is unnecessarily thrown around

To start Mary-Sue is thrown around not only on the Disney Princess club, but almost everywhere whenever it comes down to the Disney Princesses. The correct definition to Mary-Sue is a perfect female character who doesn't try to be perfect, but naturally is. Like a Renaissance Man, yet doesn't fail at least while trying.
Some have been saying Classics, ou Walt Disney's princesses, Belle and Rapunzel are Mary-Sues, plus more. I very much disagree.

The most common areas to be considered Mary-Sues are:
Snow White
Cinderella
Aurora
Ariel (on the occasion)
Belle
Rapunzel

It looks like everybody has done a liste with the favourites scenes so I decided to make one too. I haven't included La Reine des Neiges because there are still many people that haven't seen it. Anyway, enjoy!

I'm not sure about my choice because the last time I saw the movie I was 6 years old, so... Anyway, the animation is stunning when they walk away and toi see the castle. I find that scene very romantic and sweet and I believe that Snow White totally deserves her happy ending.

Why Merida Needs plus l’amour

As I was creating my icones for Team Merida, I realised exactly why I loved this girl. As a result, I decided to write an article with 5 reasons why everybody should l’amour Merida/Brave

1. Rebelle was the first Pixar film that had a female protagonist.

Pixar is a hugely successful company, but it took about 8 years since they first started making films for them to make a movie where the main character was a girl. Before Rebelle was made, I was slightly annoyed at Pixar - most of it's films didn't even pass the Bechdel test. I l’amour Rebelle because it finally featured an awesome female character.

Ah, I have never liked Cinderella's hair. Even when I was five. It's bland, it's boring, I can't tell if it's wavy ou poofy ou what, and the color reminds me of mustard (which I quite strongly dislike.) Even in an updo, it looks like a butt.

DP in Malaysia (Part 1)

The Disney Princesses are planning a trip to sunny Malaysia, they decided to visit to several cities there like Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Langkawi and Penang. They also have a goddaughter living in Ipoh, name Dee, although they call her par her nickname Dee Dee.
"This is going to be so exciting and I hope Olaf is going to be alright!" says Anna, whom she, Elsa and Olaf are dying to visit Malaysia. "Nah, he's going to alright with my ice power!" Elsa reassures her.
"Girls, are toi all ready?" ask Cinderella, "YES!!!!!" replied the other princesses."Okay Fairy Godmother, take us to KLCC where Dee Dee is waiting for us!" says Cendrillon excitedly, "Your wish is my command." réponses the Fairy Godmother.
They vanish into thin air when she utters her magical spell, at once they appear in a crowded area, unaware that there is an evil familiar face lurking in the crowd.

So, as a lot of toi probably know I recently did a countdown for the most lust-based DP couple. Merida is eliminated par default, and I didn't include Frozen, so we'll be looking at ten couples. Anyway, without further ado, let's begin!

10. Snow White and The Prince
For tenth place the only real contenders were these two and Mulan/Shang, so much so that there was a tiebreaker. But, even though they kissed while the latter couple didn't, people found this couple to be less lust-based because of the youth and innocence of Snow White and, to a lesser extent, The Prince.

I didn't shred any tears but I felt emotional inside when Snow White was in her coffin in the candlelight of the cottage. I mourned with dwarfs, animaux and later The Prince until Snow White awakened from the death-like coma. Let's face it: we live in a man's world. If toi don't think that's true, slap yourself and take a look at the real world. Under Iranian Islamic law, if a woman isn't a virgin when she's married, she gets 100 lashes. Harsh. Men are even paid plus than women on average, and that's in the United States.

Now, I am a feminist. Before anyone throws something at me, I want to say that people are misconstruing feminism, and it's making me sick. 10. Rapunzel: I just don't think she is pretty. It's mostly the animation that gets me. Her eyes are huge and she's way too skinny. I don't like her hair either. It's way too long. And when she cuts her hair short she looks worse. Maybe if they made her animated like the rest of the princesses she would be higher up the list!

Hi guys, this is the third time that I'm écriture a movie review, and I'm going to write about the latest DP movie La Reine des Neiges in which I went to see it on the big screen with my younger autistic brother finally!

Welcome! Really this article should have been up months ago, but I've been a little busy so I'm sorry for that. Better late than never I suppose!
