"Ugh. Where am I?" Wally put his palm on his head. He looked up to see Artemis with a furious look on her face.
"Look around Baywatch!" Wally saw the Leaning Tower of Pisa. One word. Italy.
"Watch your step suivant time!" Artemis screamed at him.
"Calm down! I'll just run us back to Gotham. No prob!"
"Really? No prob?" she pointed ferociously at the ground. There lay her bow snapped in half.
"Oh sorry" Wally stood up.
"Your such a-"
"On the ground!" the two Heroes looked around to see a team of police officers surrounding them.
"I a dit on the ground!" he held a gun to Wally's head.
"Wow calm down! Do toi know who we are?" Wally asked as his knees hit the ground.
"Yes law breakers!" shouted an officer. "Now hands behind your head"
"I think you've got it all wrong!" Artemis trembled her hands behind her head.
"Flying aircraft nearly killed a group of innocent people" another police officer announced in a walkie talkie.
"What?" Wally whimpered. "We can't fly. toi see I tripped and when I trip, I trip a long way away from home."
"What did he say?" an officer asked.
"They can't fly but he wants to rip us apart!" A loud gasp was among the audience.
"No not rip trip! I tripped!" the officers took hold of each of the Heroes arms.
"Don't try struggling. It's useless" a gun was held to their heads.
"Okay. Just don't hurt her" Walky begged his eyes closed.
"So we can hurt you?" an officer ( looked like a rookie ) asked.
"No I meant, just don't do anything bad to her" Wally sighed. They were dragged into a police car.
"You'll be meeting with the boss" a policeman directed them and closed the car doors. Silence grew among the teenagers as they drove off to the nearest police station.
rapide, swift shadows darted from mur to wall. The boy wonder directed every déplacer the female magician would take as he hacked the motion sensors. She stopped par a glass case.
"Look" she pointed at a teenage boy. Robin paniced.
"Dick Grayson. Wow! Adopted son of Bruce Wayne! He's lucky"
"Uh yeah amazing" Robin tried to sound calm. He was whelmed par the fact that a bomb could blow at anytime. Even now.
"Let's go" he pulled Zatanna par the arm.
"Where is the bomb?" Zatanna whispered as they arrived in the hallways.
"It's in the gym." Zatanna started running when she noticed her companion wasn't following.
"Robin?" he had a worried look on his face. "Something wrong?" she ran up to him and peered at the holographic screen.
"There are plus bombs. 27 to be exact." Robin's voice trembled. "Only one of them is the real one. If we waste our time disarming it ourselves the real bomb could go out any minute!"
"Isn't the real one in the gym?" Zatanna asked starting to worry.
"I'm not entirely sure. We need Wally for this. Where is he?"
"Not so fast Boy Wonder" a hissing voice said. A lézard like monster charged at them.
"Zatanna!" Robin shouted at her but she was La Reine des Neiges at another monster from behind Robin. A werewolf creature charged at them too. What to do? Robin thought. He inhaled rapidly. Is this the end? He took out two batarangs and threw them at each monster.
"Did I do it?" The light of the moon faded and they stood in complete darkness. A groan echoed around the room.
"I don't think so" Zatanna whimpered. Their backs against each other, weapons in hand, spells ready, they were prepared for impact.
"No please toi need to let us go!" Wally begged to the police driver. "The Atlantic ocean will be gone if we don't disarm the bomb!"
"The Justice league can deal with it" replied the police driver.
"Everyone relies on them. Not their partners"
"They are the main heroes" Artemis was silent for the whole car trip.
"Hey Arty toi okay?" Wally put his hand on her shoulder.
"Uh yeah sure. I'm fine" she turned away from her teammate.
"Hey don't try anything silly back there" inturupted the driver. He turned to the right in a car park.
"Well here we are at the police station out toi get" the doors opened as two men instructed them into the hallways. Peers pointed at them some changed their direction of walking when they approached.
"This is freaky" Artemis whispered to Wally. He nodded.
"Just head inside" one of the men instructed. Wally read the sign on the door.
The Boss
He opened the door and stepped inside. A big (fat) man sat in his chair. He looked like an evil villain. His skin was pale and looked around his mid forties.
"Are these the flying air crafts?" he asked.
"Yes sir"
"They look a bit young don't toi think?"
"Should I sir?" one of the men held out hand cuffs.
"We all know that's not gonna hold me" Wally pointed out.
"He's right. No point" he signaled the men to put the hand cuffs away.
"So if your gonna just give us permission to leave just say 'I do then we can head off and save the ocean! Happily ever after!" Wally said.
"Not so fast hot shot" the Boss a dit in a low voice.
"Vows?" Wally suggested in a questionable manner.
"This is not a wedding Kidflash" the Boss replied.
"Atleast someone knows me around here!"
"Your not going anywhere" an evilish grin grew on the Boss's face.
"What?! No we have to! ou else the Atlantic Ocean is Ka-poof!"
"It should be under Justice League terms" the Boss said. Wally groaned. "Artemis" Artemis shot up.
"What?"
"Your very quiet. Are toi hiding something?"
"No she isn't big guy" Wally stepped up.
"Stepping up for your girlfriend?"
"She's my teammate we have to step up for them"
"You know I wasn't such a superhero fan. toi superpowered people think your so special, better than us. But your just different. In fact so different that your from another world. Strangers. We don't want toi here to invade our world." Wally threw himself at him but the men pulled him away.
"Just 5 minutes! That's all I need! Just 5 minutes! I can take him down!!!" he struggled rapidly.
"Calm down KF. He's probably working with Sports master ou something like that."
"Belive what toi want girl, but your not a hero. Your just a teenage girl with a bow. How could a superhero with such speed fall in l’amour with a nobody like you?" Artemis widen her eyes. She just Lost it. Anger flowed in her body. She did what she had to do knowing the consequences.
Zatanna a dit a few words and POOF! Hundreds of Robins were everywhere! 50 heading for the lézard and the others to the werewolf. The real Robin was heading for the Lizard. It opened its enormous mouth and Robin threw a batarang inside it. It blew up but no guts were anywhere.
"What the-" Robin was gripped par the werewolf. It chocked him hard. Zatanna a dit a few plus words and the werewolf turned into a cute little chiwawa. Robin dropped to the ground trying to get his breath.
"Let's try divisé, split up" Robin a dit in a squeaky voice as he held his neck. Zatanna took no chances of arguing. She headed for the science room as Robin headed for the gym. Zatanna got to her location first. She found the bomb hidden behind the whiteboard. She disarmed it with Robins help guiding her through it. As she disarmed it, no activation chip came out.
"Fake!" she started for the canteen. Robin found the one in the gym a fake also. The suivant 5 also fake. Zatanna did 7 all still fake. They met up at the hallway.
"Nothing" Zatanna said.
"13 plus bombs to go" Robin replied. Suddenly a vast of wind went past them.
"Wally?" Robin called out. Another came. Then another. It made the teenagers stomach spin.
"It's not Wally" she pointed in the distance. A blonde boy with a cape stared at them with golden eyes.
"Who are you?" Robin called out. The boy appeared suivant to them.
"The new and improved KidFlash" The teenagers gasped. What happened to Wally? Robin thought. Is he in trouble? He decided to secretly contact him. He pressed on his ear piece. Suddenly a vast wind blew him down. The new Kidflash took his earpiece and crushed it.
"No can do Dick" Robin staggered up.
"What's he talking about? Dick? Who is he talking about?!" Zatanna cried desperately for an answer.
"Don't worry darlin I'm not here to hurt toi I'm here to help" he stroked her black hair.
"Hey no touchy!" Robin flicked the boy's hand off her.
"Duel? Me? Fine" he pulled on a hood. "Bring it" Robin groaned.
"No! I'm in the middle of saving the Atlantic ocean. Why were toi running?" Robin a dit refusing the duel.
"I disarmed the fakies. The real bomb is in the girls toilets" Robin looked at him supisiously.
"No trick?"
"No. Magic me to tell the truth. I don't care" Robin glanced at Zatanna.
"Let's go disarm it" he ran off into the girls toilets. Zatanna followed. The new Kidflash smiled.
"This is my chance!" he ran off after them.
