Somehow this has grown to an extremely large story. Enjoy! Feedback is appreciated on how I can improve!
Chapter Eleven-
"This is Commissioner Gordon of the Gotham Police! Drop your weapons and take off your mask!" James yelled into the megaphone.
Batman frowned and jumped up, tossing Batarangs at police officers and cars. They exploded, spreading noxious fumes from them, choking the police officers.
"Yoohooo! Batsy! There's a little bomb in that building over there! I don't quite remember what I put in it. A little of Bane's drug, a little knock out gas and---oh! How could I forget? Laughing gas!"
The evil laugh rang through the empty streets.
Alexa was startled awake par something landing in the mur suivant to her head. She didn't know how long she had been asleep, but she knew it was long enough for a Birdarang to have impaled itself in the mur suivant to her.
She looked at it and pulled off the paper taped to it. She read it two times before crumpling it up and throwing it away. She blinked back tears and drifted through the roof into the rooms below.
The office was abandoned for the night, but Alexa couldn't stay here. It was too out in the open. Too public. Wiping what remained of her tears, she drifted through the floors to the ground floor before making her way out into the cold winter air and trudging down the street, aware of the eyes following her progress.

Alexa settled into the building before whispering. "You can come out now."
The Batman slowly appeared from the shadows, making his way toward Alexa.
"So," Alexa asked. "What am I under arrest for?"
Batman froze. He was unsure of what he could arrest her for. She had kidnapped Dick Grayson, but she had already been arrested for that. Robin had broken her out of jail, not her. She hadn't done anything but help the Justice League since she had gotten out of jail.
That and knock Robin out every time she met him.
"I haven't done anything wrong. In fact, I've helped you." Alexa said. "You got me out of jail, I gave toi the Injustice League's base. I'd say we're even and toi can leave me in peace now."
"I didn't come for my own sake." Batman said. "Robin wants to talk to you."
"Yeah, he seems to have the nasty habit of falling asleep every time we talk." Alexa a dit smartly.
Batman rolled his eyes.
Alexa sighed. "One last chance." she said. "Then don't bother me again."
Batman frowned. An image of her own father frowning flashed through Alexa's mind. Her father right before it had happened.
"Very well." Batman said.
Alexa blinked and the Caped Crusader was gone.
