This was originally going to be a collab between me, InfinityYJ, and DeltaYJ, but we decided to go with a different idea instead. I still wanted to write this one though, so...here! Warning: This will probably be written pretty slowly, since it’s a side project from Broken Wings, but toi never know.

The scarlet flames licked at the cobblestones, soaked with blood and murky water from the récent rain. They stood, at either end of the courtyard, staring each other down, the phoenix-girl with the flames erupting from her hands at one end, the two others, terrified beyond measure, at the other....

Solemnly, the woman clad in black stalked the scene: sirens blaring, whips cracking, booms echoing and a howl to set the hairs on her arms straight. Static Shock Episode Eighteen: "Frozen Out"

Summary:
During the Christmas season, ice and snow blow through Dakota. Static soon realizes it comes from a Bang Baby with cryogenic powers named Permafrost. Permafrost, however, is merely a young homeless, orphaned girl who has mental problems from trauma as a young child, who can not control her powers as they occur when people ignore her as she begs on the streets. Static must somehow convince her to calm down and accept his help.

In two days, Young Justice will be ADDED to the Countdown Episode List. That's right. You'll have an episode of Static and YJ to watch.

BUT IT'LL BE AWESOME!!!!

It wasn't difficult for Silver to shimmy her way the rest of the way across the beam. Once she reached the other wall, she gripped the beam and lowered herself. For a moment, she hung from the beam par her fingertips before releasing her hold.
Silver landed in a crouch behind a stacked caisse and froze for a moment. Her cœur, coeur thudded in her ears, making it difficult to listen for the shouts and alarms she was dreading. The calm murmurs of the gamblers continued.
