YES! I just checked Richelle Meads website, and the suivant book is going to be called....'Last Sacrifice'...and it comes out (or is suppose to) on Dec. 14th!! yayy

Last Sacrifice is the last book which Rose will be in however there will be a new cast in the 7th book

I think we should because Richelle lives in America. Why send the livres out to other countries before toi send it out in the one toi live in?

I agree with you, Tovey. The spin off won't be as good as the original, and I really think she should just let VA die down for a while.

There are going to be 12 livres for vampire academy. But rose's story will have 6 livres all in all and the rest will be spinoff novels w/ different characters and story yet the same setting.
Rose's story:
book1-vampire academy
book2-frost bite
book3-shadow kiss
book4-blood promise
book5-spirit bound
book6-TBA (no titre yet, to be announce late this year-december)

livres 7-12: spinoffs to be released suivant and an and beyond. Richelle Mead is working on it as of the moment. She will not discuss who will be the leading characters as of the moment but she'd announced it's not going to be Rose's story anymore it'll be a whole different plot.
