I have high hopes for Chris Weitz though :)

Chris Weitz seems like he really cares about this story and wants to keep it as clos to the books as possible.
Plus; the trailer looks awesome!
Everything that I saw in there is exactly or very close to something in the book.

I agree. Chris Weitz really does care about the story and you can tell from all the work his put in it. I'm really liking him as a director and I hope that he can do Breaking Dawn. I wanted him to do Eclipse too but it seems like he cant.

Personally, I like the idea of the director changing each time. Catherine Hardwicke would provide symmetry, but Bigelow would do well with the brutality of BD. ADD: Guillermo del Toro is a great fantasy guy--he'd take it to the vampire world rather than human of the past three movies.

......but if i don't like I want Catherine..I think Twilight was very good directed by her!

wht i c so far new moon is great...bigger and better. and it seems like chris is keeping the movie as close as possible to the book so chris weitz.

I'm not that keen on Catherine and i don't really know much about the other 2 but Chris seem's to be really hard working.

david slade did make bad comments about twilight but 30 days of night was a great movie and id LOVE to see david direct breaking dawn and cant wait to see eclipse :)

But also english director danny boyle. i think would be amazing.
