"Here we are," Jacob a dit when we got in the room. It was small. Two twin sized beds, a bath room. That was it. But I didn't really care, as long as I was sûr, sans danger here. Jacob seemed to know what I was thinking. "We are probably sûr, sans danger here for about a week," Jacob said.
"That's it?" I a dit not able to hide the worry from my voice.
"Alice a dit it will be sorted out par then," Jacob said, but his voice was far away.
"Alice could have lied," I said.
"I don't think she would have," Jacob's eyes were suddenly fierce.
I was about to say something when a phone call suddenly startled us both.
