Ok so I finally got round to écriture it. Well the beginning of it anyway. So here is Unhappy Love!

Chloe's POV:

I didn’t want to déplacer but then again I was seventeen and had no choice really. We had just got settled into our new house and today was the first jour of school. Uh, I hate school I can’t wait to finish it. I climbed out of my Green mini, yes I had a mini, and anyone who had a problem with that could just say it to my face. I wasn’t usually so pissed off, but I left behind everyone I loved and cared about including my ex boyfriend,Ben,because we were moving I decided long distance relationships didn’t work and so I ended it. It wasn’t really that sad, I’d never been in a serious relationship with someone who would look after me if I needed it. I sighed, thinking of how I would l’amour to be in a serious relationship that wasn’t just for show. I looked around seeing all the people staring at me. One boy looked highly amused, his eyes fixed on me, his jaw slightly ajar. I hated boys who checked out girls instead of getting to know them.

“Hey, I’m Kim.” A middle height girl stood in front of me.

“Ummm Hi, I’m Chloe.” I offered holding out my hand. She hugged me instead. Ok then, I’ll go along with this.

“Do toi want me to montrer toi to your first lesson?” She asked. I nodded, if it made her happy.

“I’ve got Gym?” I offered. She smiled.

“Me too, I would offer to pair with toi but to be truthful, I’m not very sporty, and so I wouldn’t be much help.” She grimaced.

“No, its ok, we can pair if toi want, and I l’amour sports.” I smiled. She grabbed my hand pulling me in, what I guessed to be, the direction of the hall.

The school jour flew past and Kim’s happiness devoured my depression and annoyed mood, replacing it with a rather good one. I grabbed only a bottle of water for lunch; I never ate much anyway so it wasn’t any different to what I would have had. Kim led me to a table, tableau of a few of her Friends and sitting down I noticed the boy who had been watching my earlier.

“Hey, I’m Embry.” A tanned skinned guy from suivant to me stuck his hand out for me to shake.

“Chloe.” I smiled taking it.

“Chloe this is Jared, Quil, Seth, Paul, Embry,
Beth, Kaitlyn and Phoebe.” Kim pointed to each in turn and they all gave me a comforting smile. The one that had been watching me earlier was Paul, and I quickly learnt that Jared and Kim were together. The way they looked at each other was so sweet, each Kiss filled with compassion and longing. They looked like they wanted nothing but to be with each other the rest of their lives. So whenever one of them caught my eye I would always smile.

When last lesson came Kim walked me there offering that I could come over and study with her. I liked Kim and had nothing better to do so why not. Walking into class I realised the only l’espace spare was suivant to Paul, who hadn’t taken his eyes off me all over lunch, could I get any unluckier? I got handed my text book and point to my seat. Paul smiled up at me, moving his stuff so I could sit down.

“Thanks.” I muttered.

“Not a problem.” His smile faded as I looked away. While our biology teacher was talking away, I keep catching Paul looking at me. It took all my strength not to turn around and glare at him. I was relieved when the final cloche, bell went and we could all leave. Kim was waiting outside for me.

“My parents are having a BBQ this evening and everyone we were sat at lunch with, including toi is invited. So we kinda need some l’espace on the drive so I wondered if it would be ok if I sent someone over for toi later.”

“Sure.” I replied. Please let in not be Paul ou this could be embarrassing. I scribbled down my address for her and finally hid in the safety of my car.


I opened the front door remembering I was alone until seven anyway and then my parents were going out for dinner. I saw a note stuck to the fridge:


Clo,

toi have dance lessons at four and were going out straight from work so don’t wait for us and leave the porch light on as were not sure what time will be home,
Hope toi had a good jour at school,

Mum. x


Great, better ring Kim and let her know not to let anyone come get me until about half five, six time, and also ring Mum to let her know I was going out.

I decided mum first, as she might have problems with me going out later, it was unlikely she would but always best to check. I dialled the number quickly, holding the house phone to my ear. “Hey this is Ann, leave a message and I’ll get back to toi as soon as possible.” Grrrrrrrr, why is her phone always off when I need her? I left her a message letting her know what I was doing and ran upstairs to get ready for dance.
