Chapter 15 The Results.
toi and Emmett are waiting in Carlisles office and Emmett looks at the clock.

Emmett-He should be back par now, its been an heure and a half.
You-He'll be back soon Emm.

Right after toi say that toi get a pain that throws toi out of your chair. toi start screaming in pain and Emmett comes over to you.

Emmett-BABE!!! ___, toi ok?!?

Just then Carlisle comes through the doors and sees toi and gets suivant to you.

Carlisle-___, toi are indeed pregnant.

toi are crying because it hurts.

Emmett-I knew she was. (pause) But Carlisle, why is it so bad?

Carlisle looks at him.

Carlisle-Because she is having twins I believe...Now Emmett, I brought accueil some equipment from the hospital...I need toi to go downstairs and get it.

Emmett-What is it?

Carlisle-It's the things I need to the Ultra sound machine.

Emmett goes downstairs to get the equipment. Carlisle gently grabs your hand.

You-I'm scared Carlisle...

Carlisle-We'll all be here for toi ___.
Emmett and Edward and Jasper come up with the equipment. Carlisle set the equipment up and clears of his canapé that he has in his office.

Carlisle-Emmett, help ___ on the couch.

Emmett picks toi up and sets toi on the couch.

Carlisle turns on the machine and comes over to you.

Carlisle-___, I'm going to need toi to pick roll up your shirt.

toi roll up your chemise and carlisle puts the gelée on your stomach. he places the scanner on you.

Carlisle-___, please dont take this the wrong way but have toi noticed your stomach has gotten bigger?

You-(trying to talk through the pain) Yeah, but I just ignored it.

Carlisle-Ok.

He looks at the screen and Emmett is holding your hand.

Emmett-Babe, I am soo sorry I put toi through this.

He looks at toi through sad eyes. toi remember what toi a dit and toi look at him.

You-It takes going through hell to get to heaven Emmett.

He looks at toi and he kisses toi passionately.

Carlisle-It's what I thought, ___, Emmett, toi are going to have twins.

Emmett-Twins....(smiling athe thought)
You-Carlise, how long am I going to have to go through this?
Carlisle-no plus than a month, but comparing to how toi were when toi left and how your stomach has grown in only 2 weeks..I'd say no plus than 2 1/2 plus weeks.
Emmett-What can toi give her for the pain
Carlisle-I hat eto say this but, I believe they are hungry.
You-For what?
Carlisle-Blood, ___ you're going to have to drink blood.
toi just think of the thought and Emmett looks at Carlisle.
You-Well, its not like anything else is working, anythin I try to eat I throw it back up. I wont drink human blood though animal blood is good
Carlisle-Ok, Emmett, I'll have Edward and Jasper go with me hunting, and we'll collect blood. We'll be back.
Emmett-What about in the mean time, for her pain
Carlisle-Nothing...as soon as I get the first bag...I'll have Edward run it back. You'll have to pour in in a cup Emmett.
Emmett-I can do that.
Carlisle nods and then he looks at you
Carlisle-Hang in there ___, it will be better soon.
You-I'll be fine aslong as Emmett is par my side.
Carlisle walks out of the room and Emmett is stroking your arm kneeling suivant to you.
Emmett-I am really sorry babe...
Emmett looks at toi with sad eyes.
You-Emmett, just promise me that it will be better when I am like you.
Emmett-Babe thats going to have to wait until after toi have them...
You-I know, but its worth it because I am like toi and with you.
