Emmett's POV:
"Of course Emmett, what's wrong?" Carlisle a dit sitting on a arbre that had fallen.
I walked over slowly and sat beside him. "Carlisle," I started, "you know that I l’amour Rosalie and I want to marry her." I finished and Edward walked out in front of us.
"So, hes going about it the old fashion way, asking permission first." Edward a dit leaning against a nearby tree.
Ignoring Edwards comment, Carlisle said, "Yes Emmett toi have my permission, we will take toi and get a ring."
I wanted to get up and sprint to the stores myself, I was excited.
"You do know she has to say yes first right?" Edward a dit tearing down my enthusiasm. I felt nervous now, but that reminded me of another thing I wanted to talk to Carlisle about. "Carlisle, one plus question." I said.
"Sure Emmett." He said
I didn't know how to start so, I took a deep breath and started at the beginning, "I feel empty whenever I am not with Rosalie, on the way up here, when her and Esme went to the store, and now. Is that normal?"
"Yes Emmett, toi found your other half. Just like with me and Esme, Eleazar and Carmen." He answered.
"Do toi ever feel this way when toi are separated from Esme?" I asked.
"Yes, and I am sure that Rose feels that way when she is separated from you." He answered. His words gave me hope after Edward tore it down.
Edward laughed, I picked up a nearby arbre limb and threw it at him. It hit his shoulder, he picked up the same limb and threw it at me. It hit me directly in the chest, I picked it up again and tried to aim at his rib cage, but he moved out of the way just before it hit him. That was the key, not to think, I didn't think the first time and I hit, the seconde time I thought about it.
I picked up the limb threw it with all my strength and it hit him in the head. I ran over to him and pushed him against another large tree, it fell as soon as he slammed against it. He picked me up and slammed me against another one which also fell.
"Boys, that is enough, now let's go." Carlisle a dit sternly. We obliged. "I already called Esme to tell her that we will met them back at the house, that we had somewhere to go." He informed as as we ran back to the house and got in Carlisle's Mercedes.
About fifteen minutes late we arrived at a jewelry store. We walked inside and a dark haired man stepped out of the back room and asked, "May I help toi gentlemen with anything?"
"We are looking for engagement rings." Carlisle a dit politely. The dark haired man showed us to several cases along the back wall. I was standing there looking, thinking which one would she like the most, which one would suite her the best. Just as I was about to give up on this store I saw the ring that would suite my beautiful Rose, it had a square diamond in the middle and several smaller ones all around the band.
"I will like this one please." I a dit to the dark haired man. He took the ring out of the case and put it in a black velvet box. I gave him the money and I put the ring in my pocket. On the ride back I was thinking of the perfect place I could ask her. I wanted it to be special.
When we got back, everyone was sitting in the living room, the only open siège was suivant to Irina, I reluctantly sat down. She scooted closer to me. "Help me." I asked Edward in my thoughts. He just laughed. "If toi don't help me I will make toi miserable." He continued to laugh. I started to think of Rose, the way she looks with the sheet wrapped around her, the way the sunlight looks on her skin, the way-"
"Emmett come here." Edward's words interrupted my thoughts. I got up thanking him a million times in my thoughts.
When we got outside he threw an ice ball at the back of my head and said, "don't ever do that again.
I smiled and without thinking threw an Ice ball at him. He came running at me, I tried to get out of the way, but I was to slow and he slammed me full force against a tree. It fell and hit another one causing it to fall. I grabbed Edward par the shoulders and pushed him against the two fallen tress. I ran into the forest, but he caught up with me dragged me to the ground. Just as I was about to throw Edward into another arbre I heard footsteps.
