“So? It’s just another thing toi can use against m-us.” I scoffed at the black-robed vampire. He had shown a slight irritation in his eyes. Good. Jasper glanced at me confused from my smugness.
“Look, I don’t want to see toi upset.” He a dit sarcastically then added. “Well lying won’t help. It might just slip out and Aro will hear…Yes…lying won’t help toi at all. Not one little bit. So until toi rejoindre the Volturi truthfully, we are going to toy with toi and every single one of your family members until we make toi rejoindre us. So I would be very wise with your decision. We already have your father, Alice and Jacob coming down here, and your father, Alice and toi have the most wonderful gifts. So if toi don’t want them to get hurt, toi will rejoindre us. If toi don’t, poor Jakey will pay for that mistake.”
Cynddylan smiled cruelly as if knowing my imagination will work overtime. “You won’t dare hurt them?!” I snarled. Though mercifully, he left. My body was still stiff from lying on the floor and what was worse was that I couldn’t feel my ankles ou my wrists anymore where the chain had been so tight. It hurt to déplacer my fingers.
“It might not be us that do it.” He hinted, raising an eyebrow and smiling. I frowned
“I see why my family forbade me coming.” I a dit ruefully. I sighed and threw my head in my hands. “Half human, I could dream, I wish I was dreaming right now, I could wake up now and smile and throw my arms around Jacob.” I thought happily. I noticed Jasper was staring at me. I smiled.
“How will this end?” I mouthed and he just shrugged, which made me giggle. He always knew the answer to everything!
He put his pale waxen fingers on his lips and mouthed a shhh to me. I smiled but it was soon rubbed off par a smiling Aro, bobbing happily to where Jasper and I slumped involuntarily.
“So have toi made up your mind?” He asked silkily. His voice was like honey.
“Yes Aro, I have decided. toi will be glad to know that this lying, cheap, Volturi hating half human, half vampire will not be joining you. Your offer was very kind but I feel that if I take it, my family will be very disappointed in me.” I smiled smugly, as I folded my arms across my chest. I felt one of my eyebrows rise up further my head. Aro’s expression twisted into anger and his forehead creased into a scowl. “Perfect. An angry Aro. Could this get any worse.” I thought. Then I realised it could.

Jacob

The journey was long, too long. How-no, what was Renesmee thinking! Suddenly doubts and fears started racing through my head. What if she already joined the Volturi? What if she already is a black-robed-mindless-vampire-zombie?! I felt uneasy.
“Don’t worry, she’ll be fine.” Edward murmured to me. I could see he was thinking the same when he ‘heard’ me. I just narrowed my eyes at him. No she won’t! Oh god! Doesn’t he care at all?! I glanced at him to see his face crumpled in pain, annoyance and fury. He knew I was right, though I would usually be smug about it but not now.
“We’re here!” Alice a dit from behind me. Finally! Time to kick the butt of those no-good Volturi grandma sissi’s!
“Interesting descriptions…” Edward chuckled darkly. Finally Volterra… Renesmee. Something scared and weak appeared inside me. I felt a scream. That was Renesmee!

Renesmee

“Cynddylan.” Aro called and turned to the big oak doors. As quick as lightening, Cynddylan stood to the right side of Aro. Aro turned to face him and nodded. Cynddylan stepped vers l'avant, vers l’avant and looked into Jaspers eyes. Aro smiled and Cynddylan took a deep breath and concentrated.
“What is he doing?” I questioned frenziedly. I got no answer.
“What is he doing?” I repeated, though in a higher pitched and frantic manner. Dead silence. Jasper’s expression was awestruck.
His eyes were dazed and a light shade of ruby. NO! NO!
I screamed silently in my thoughts. My head was pounding and I felt dizzy, almost sick. A lump rose to my throat and it felt like I was choking on cries and screams. I had to get them out. I had to say them. Jasper’s eyes grow darker and darker. I finally managed to scream,
“NO! STOP IT! STOP IT! PLEASE! PLEASE!”
My head was pounding so hard now that it felt like it might explode. I was still dizzy and the sickening feeling in my stomach had doubled what it originally was. I saw dots everywhere. I had to close my eyes. I had to stop seeing this. Please be dreaming. Please be my imagination. My eyes snapped shut as I wished for it to end; I wasn’t going to fight the darkness that surrounded me. I wanted to be able to leave this nightmare. I let the darkness of unconsciousness avaler, hirondelle me up.
