WHY DO toi PEOPLE HATE ON JAMES & VICTORIA AND THE VOLTURI?!!!

seriously, people, what the hell is wrong with james, victoria and the volturi? what have they ever done to you. please explain to me why toi hate them (or if toi like them u can answer, too.) please answer!!!!!!!!
