It's not his looks, it's the way he treats Bella. Having someone that totally and completely devoted to toi would easily bypass looks and money.

I l’amour his soul and personality.His look is important but I would still l’amour him even he was ugly.And about his money I don't think any of the fans loves him because of his money.It's ridicilious to think like that.

Well i´m pretty sure that the girls who l’amour Edward untill death just l’amour him cause he´s hot and not because he IS Edward Cullen, mostly now with all the fever and obsession around Robert Pattinson!
I know that not every Edward fan thinks this way and i call to them the TRUE Edward fans, they l’amour him cause he´s amazing, smart, cause he loves Bella, cause they like his fast change of mood and his akwardness and NOT cause his hot and he has money! To those girls, the ones who just like him cause is hot... well, they are not TRUE Twilight fans! They are not TRUE Edward fans!
Of course Rob is gorgeus, we´re not blind!!! but loving a person/character just because of that... that´s not very cool...

I don't like Edward because he's handsome ou beacuse he's rich. I don't like anybody because of these things.It's STUPID!!!! I adore Edward because his great, his character.... he's AMAZING. And yeah I'm crazy about Rob but not because he plays Edward and I l’amour Edward not becuse Rob plays him. I AM true Twilight, Edward an Rob fan. And I really don't like Jacob because of the things he did in Eclipse.It was horrible

Well actually the competition dates back to the twilight series livres before the twilight movie. So people were picking sides before they saw faces. So there were already a lot of Edward amoureux out there. But to answer your question yes. And I like Jacob too I just think Edward is better for Bella so I take no sides. But the answer to your is YES! Now reverse your question and put Jacob's name where Edward's is and answer it. I was a fan before the movie came out,so I think Edward is wonderful.
