Either Rosalie's point of view- it would reveal a lot about her life and personality ou Alice's- it would be funny and reveal plus about her character. Carlisle's point of view wouldn't be bad either and you'd learn plus about him and his earlier vampire life and his débats wioth himself whether ou not to change Edward.
