I think Rain because they knew each other a lot longer. Little Creek probably knew Rain since she was pretty young, while he only knew Spirit for, what, a couple months or something? So he and Rain had a better understanding of each other and I think he loved her more, and his love of her was pretty clear in the movie, but there was, of course, some sort of a special bond between him and Spirit. He loved them both, but Rain more.
