This was the very first actual fanfiction I wrote. The first one I wrote was a Nicole fan fiction which I’ll be redoing, but THIS is the one that I actually kept, and made into a full book.

The Lizzy Eventide series began when MephilesTheDark drew a picture of a black catgirl, with purple clothes, named “Lizzy the Cat”. It was for a user “Lizzy_Ilove_JB”, who later changed her account to “Lizzythecat” and is no longer on fanpop.

I asked her what she was going to do with the character, and when she told me that she wasn’t really planning on écriture much for the character, I asked if I could for her. What would happen is she’d tell me the ideas, and I’d write them into chapters.

The original Lizzy character could ghost through objects, and absorb abilities. She also had a small couteau donné to her par her grandfather. Her backstory was that she hated her entire family, except for her grandfather, and killed them before living in a cave.

Obviously this idea went under some changes. Lizzy’s couteau is now a dagger, which some might know as Daricha’s Dagger, she has full Dark Energy abilities, which include the absorption, ghosting, and eventually invisibility and forms of speed and strength.

As for her backstory, the story of Lizzy starts out that she moves from place to place with uncaring, but not quite abusive, parents. Her grandfather is not allowed to visit her, and she does not make Friends often. When she comes to Lexistroplolis, a city, she meets two chameleons, Tess and Zen, who she befriends before the school blows up.

From there the series undergoes mysteries, and many characters are introduced in Lizzy’s team called “The Phantis File”, based on a file they found in the school before it was destroyed.

Of the main characters we have…

~Dave Eventide: Lizzy’s grandfather. He is Very old man, but is still fairly healthy, and has taught himself in the ways of magic, though he keeps this a secret to most people.

~Siera Struthers: A tamia girl who is a business-teen girly-girl, who’s Friends with Tess, and in turn becomes Friends with lizzy.

~Nick Lemonart: Originally his last name was “Lemonheart” to make it sound funnier, but it was changed because it just sounded dumb. Nick is a fit Mongoose, who Tess has a crush on, and is a repair-man/inventor.

~Nzelde Eventide: Lizzy’s younger sister who appears in book two: Everlasting.

~Tess Solomon: A perky chameleon teenager, and gymnast, Tess is Lizzy’s closest friend, she’s a bit hot-headed, but very friendly and supportive.

~Zen Solomon: Tess’s twin brother, who is close to, but not entirely her opposite; Zen is an introvert, who is nice, but he doesn’t care for excitement. He’s good with computers.

~Chells: A secretive blind fox, who wears a strange pair of black shades, Chells is allies with Lizzy, but he isn’t really friend with anyone. He’s sarcastic and a bit cynical, but not evil, and he usually knows what to say.

~Cyclist: A masked Motorcycle-rider, who aids Lizzy’s group, but only appears when he thinks he needs to. He’s very well equipped, and seems to know what people are behind the mysteries in the series.

Over time other characters appear, and some that toi might recognize, like Logan Lakeshore, AND Dave Hyatt, who are originally from this series.

I’m proud to say that the series has gone through an entire book, and the seconde book is even longer, though unfinished. A lot of things have been inspired from this series that would continue in others. After all, without this, V RP wouldn’t exist, and if that didn’t exist, neither would identities. Same with Daricha’s Dagger.

Over time Lizzy (The user not the character) stopped adding to the ideas, so I took on the whole thing, near about halfway through the first book. I’d hope that one jour the series will be finished and that she’d get to see the whole thing.
